Jose is incredible. He is so knowledgeable, patient, professional and is genuinely interested in making sure you buy products that meet your needs. We really appreciated how attentive he was throughout the whole process; we felt like he actually cared. Superior customer service is not always so easy to come by so we were grateful for all the ways Jose went above and beyond.

Best experience ever. There is no T-Mobile like this one. Every employee knows exactly what they’re doing and are very knowledgeable in their job. Maria was great at doing my upgrade she made sure I got everything I needed and Jose made me laugh a whole bunch and the energy in the store is overall very welcoming. Highly recommend! I drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way to go to this T-Mobile!

Steven, Mobile Expert, was amazing and patient. I took an elderly client to inquire about services. Steven was polite and patient with her. He thoroughly explained the process and was clear in identifying any potential concerns. While it is a very warm day, Steven’s calm demeanor helped to keep us calm. I am appreciative! Give him a raise! 😀

I was at the brier creek T Mobile. Iwas very happy with the service. When walking into the store , was greeted felt like home. The store manager was very helpful and I will be sending customers to that location.

Manager Franco was one of the best employees I've ever met. He was very professional and friendly, I am looking forward to coming back to this location if I have any problems with my services 😀

Best experience to date when purchasing a new phone. In and out in under an hour. Brandon was so polite patient and very knowledgeable. Love my upgraded iPhone. This will definitely be my new Sprint home store.

So we wound up here after Matthew from the Creedmoor Rd location called around looking for the phone I wanted and were pleasantly surprised. They have just finished a remodel so everything in there looks really fresh and current! Krystal was patient and kind during our add a line experience and sat on the phone with us for a while to sort out one of our account issues and was tremendously
helpful. My daughter was hungry and out of patience so she did her best to help expedite things. All in all it was a great experience in store and she provided some amazing customer service!

Without a doubt, whenever I find myself in Raleigh, North Carolina, I will not hesitate to return to this exceptional establishment!

Great customer service and got me in an out in 30 minutes

I just wanted to take a minute and say thank you for the continued customer service that I receive from the employees in this store. I have been in the store on numerous occasions to get help with my phone, my tablet, and while trying to connect my speakers that I purchased from the store. They were always happy to help me even if I was not making a purchase, just getting help. Jennifer and Brandon we especially helpful every time.
