My whole family Looooves MEMOS!!! I can't wait until they open their inside dining room up and start back having live music for customer appreciation! They haven't been a staple in the community for over 50 years for no reason! Great honest respectful family. The 4 generations of Williams' family are all serious about their customer service skills. They teach the children from very young ages about how to treat the customers and it shows! They light up whenever they see us coming and even remember our usual order. The customer service should be studied because they are all naturals! I Would definitely recommend!

I recently moved to Douglas Heights, so this place is right around the corner from me. I’ve been curious about it and tonight I tried it. The place was very clean, the staff was SO friendly and helpful. I’d never heard of a chopped wiener plate, but quickly decided that’s what I should get, as everyone else had ordered one. It DID NOT disappoint! I loved the hot sauce and mustard with it, the slaw was crisp and just a little sweet (like your Mama makes it), baked beans were great, and it was served with toasted rolls. I’ll soon be a regular at Memo’s. Yum!

This place is an historic landmark in Chattanooga! I can remember going to this restaurant with my parents when I was about 7 or 8 years old, I am now 58 years old! The staff of this restaurant knows my entire family by name! The restaurant is very clean and very family friendly! They also have live entertainment on certain days of the week, I don't really know on what days or if they still have this. A great place for takeout or even to dine in!

I've known the owners since I was a child. Mona and Bundo made me feel right at home, and the food was just as I remembered: good 'ol comfort food, plus new items! The shoulder sandwich is the bomb! Do yourself a favor and go to Memo's!

Yummy! Even in CoVid, they are preparing my favorites. Victor, Mona and the crew have been forever faithful in keeping the good eats going! Thanks for continuing to serve us!

I love the food. The only bad thing is they have weird hours, but other than that, I go every Saturday.

Every city has a place that is a hidden gem and is only known by locals but can't truly be explained to "outsiders". This is Chattanooga's hidden gem. How do you tell someone they have to get excited about a chopped weiner? It's something that has to be experienced, not talked about. Once you've had the taste of a "chop" with slaw & bread with mustard and hot sauce on the side you get how special this man is. Again, you don't really talk about it. You experience it. If you're not from here and you happen to read this as you're passing through or making a stop in downtown Chattanooga... Thursday-Saturday...gve this place a try. You won't be disappointed. Oh yeah, make sure you try a shake. It's a perfect drink/meal combination.

Best place to get a Chop Weiner plate ever!! They are professional, timely, and they also have great BarBQ. They are also respecting everyone's safety by doing their orders from a booth. I Love Memo's!

Chop wennie dinner. Toasted rolls, slaw, hot sauce and hot mustard. First bite slaw not overly sweet. Colorful and delightfully cabbage. Yeah. A taste of the hot mustard and I breathe. Two drops of the signature hot sauce and I'm looking for my Rosary Beads. Amen. Yes. Then I eat huge slices of weiner smothered in a thick but light sauce sparingly sauced as I desire. Warning: Memo's hot sauce is only for consumption. Please do not use externally

Love love love Memos Grill. Use to come when I was a kid. When I got older moved away and now back in Chattown. Same great location with a new atmosphere and the food is still awesome.

I chance to speak with one of the owners, about there late Dad and how was Mrs Williams were doing : everything was all good!

Best meal ever ribs are off the chain chicken salad was superb love that chop I actually traveled miles over a hundred and thirty miles for that chop No Lie thank you love all of you

My husband lovesss him some Memo. Like clock work he there every Thursday or Friday... Chopped Weiner Large Extra Weiner, extra slaw and roll...

The Slaw is slaw!! (slaw in a bad way) meaning it taste like the Mayo is always spoiled. They should change the slaw.

Try the all beef hot dogs (skip the slaw, add cheese) and a strawberry nut sundae. You can't go wrong
