Genesis of Cary Service Center

My experience with Genesis of Cary was great. I had a Saturday morning appointment and when I arrived everything was ready (papers, loaner, etc). My car was kept for a couple of days and I was informed of progression quite often by email. Once it was ready I returned loaner and picked up my vehicle; repaired, washed and cleaned as well. HAPPY 😊.

Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere which is such a benefit when having your car serviced. Monica and Supriya were extremely courteous and a pleasure to interact with. They made the experience very enjoyable and i look forward to continuing my service needs with them.

Experience was great. Loaner vehicle was delivered as scheduled with no hiccups. Monica Gupta was professional and attentive as ALWAYS!! Picking up my vehicle and closing out my invoice was seamless and timely as promised and my vehicle was nice and clean!

Scheduling service was prompt and a breeze. My Service advisor Monica understood what needed to be done. Driver with loaner vehicle arrived at the committed time and picked up my vehicle. My vehicle was serviced and returned as promised. Monica kept me abreast of the situation as the day progressed. All in all and outstanding experience with this and prior interactions with Aaron and more recently with Monica.

As always, my experience at Cary Genesis was made pleasant and happy by the friendly and efficient reception and service of Monica Gupta. She took care of my needs in a most satisfactory manner.

Our experience at Genesis of Cary was outstanding! We had an emergency involving a complete drive train malfunction destroying our 2005 Mercedes E500 Station wagon while driving to NC from NJ that was too extensive to consider repairing. We rented a vehicle in Richmond, with immediate need to replace my wife's vehicle with one that was similar, not an easy task in general, but also being out of town and on short notice?

The staff at Genesis of Cary was not only accommodating during our inquiry with having our vehicle of choice on their lot with other potential new ownership interest, but we’re extremely helpful in assisting us procure a 2014 E350 Mercedes Benz Wagon at an unbeatable price, expediting the entire process so it was successfully completed during our planned stay in NC. We were able to drive our newly purchased vehicle off their lot within the planned time frame of our scheduled departure date.

The staff at Genesis of Cary could not have been more empathetic, thoughtful, caring, accommodating and professional. 5/5 star rating matches their company's performance from our initial phone call inquiry, to securing financing (not so easy during the pandemic) and completing vehicle delivery all before letting us drive it home. They have exceptional customer service they make me feel like family and honestly I have never experienced the kind of white glove service from any other dealer. They are always there to answer my questions or accommodate my needs within reason. Very professional yet feels like I’ve made friends and family. I was greeted immediately by friendly staff and got my car in right on time. Where is my service rep was very efficient, polite and friendly. Showed me to the waiting area and kept me apprised of what time my car would be ready. It was even completely washed and cleaned inside and out when completed. Extremely happy with the service provided.
