Boost Mobile

I went and got me a new phone because old one got broke. These guys here helped me get my new up to date phone and helped to transfer my data to the new device. Very grateful for these folks here at this store. 10/10 customer support and care.

Just got my new 5g phone and it works great 👍 very helpful young men.

Edit: I went back and the sales reps helped me file a claim with insurance and offered to reconnect my old phone so I can at least work while I wait for the new one to arrive in the mail. They tried their best to help me and it's not their fault that the policies are the way they are, and unfortunately, I had some bad luck with my new phone...but I choose boost Mobile still because they are:
1: less expensive than the big companies
2: No credit required
3: No obligations
4: You can miss a payment and it won't ruin your credit score like the others do

Earlier that day: Sales reps are quick to accuse you of destroying the phone, they sell phones out of warranty with the company and do not accept returns.

I returned with a faulty phone the day after purchasing it so they could help me, the phone was fully charged but would not boot up or turn on. Samsung A6

I handed the lady the phone and she checked the sim card out and immediately said my phone was wet....I had not put it near any water nor had I used it other than to work the previous night driving Uber. NO LIQUIDS TOUCHED MY PHONE. They said I dropped it and the high impact may have caused it to not power on...not the case either...it stopped working mid Uber shift the night before.

We got on the phone with Samson and they told us that the phone was out of warranty. They also concluded from their diagnosis that the phone itself is faulty.

Now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work which I'm paying $350 for.... And all I can do is bring it to a repair center and pay more money. I am highly disappointed. what good is the insurance if it doesnt even do anything.

Don't go to the boost Mobile on Curran Lane...go to any of the other ones.
