Fastest drive thru EVER! I was very impressed with the gentleman that took the order and the speed and accuracy of the rest. I wish Caldwell's Wendy's was that fast...and impressive. But they're not. 🥴

The best Wendy's we've been to in a long time. A friendly manager helped us navigate the new ordering system. The food was hot and delicious. Best of all- the drink station was clean. Too many Wendy's we've been to, the drink station is a disgusting mess. Hats off to Wendy's in Meridian ID. 👍

My son and I ran through the morning of the 07/10/24 and the gentleman working the window named Aiden was so extremely positive. His service was excellent and it made for such a wonderful experience! Not often people go above and beyond at a drive-thru window best of luck to Aiden!!

We had the most amazing Mother's Day experience at the Meridian Wendy's!

After seeing the creamsicle Frosty advertised, I knew I had to get one! After a family gathering the previous day to celebrate Mother's Day, we decided to hit up Wendy's for burgers and a creamsicle Frosty on Sunday. The burgers and Frosty were great, but the service and atmosphere were even better. The team was friendly and there were flowers on each of the tables.

It was an overall perfect experience! Thank you!

Brie and her team at Wendy's provide excellent food and customer service at this location. And I appreciate the military discount. Brie is very friendly and a professional manager with her support team in Meridian the fastest growing city in the state of IDAHO. I have found this restaurant to be better than the others in this area and I don't mind driving a far distance to get an awesome customer experience and service. It's worth the drive. Please recognize her for her leadership.

If you're looking for a quick lunch then you need to eat at Wendy's.

When I sat down my order was ready. The cheeseburger was so hot and fresh the cheese was still melting as I took my first bite.

The drink machine is incredible. How many visits to Wendy's to drink each flavor of soda from this machine? You should find out and tell us.

I went to the drive thru I ordered a #1. The young man at the window went above and beyond. Logan greeted me and I asked if I could have fresh fries. He said absolutely and apologized for them if the weren't fresh last time. He made sure to come and tell me they were 2 minutes out. I just want to give a shout out to him. You have a great employee there. Thanks for taking care of us Logan.

The staff definitely makes the experience. I came at 9:38pm on 09/09/2022 and these guys made me want to be a regular. This team was the friendliest and provided an experience that not only made me feel welcome but also like I was a friend! They also prepared the food perfectly! They deserve raises management so you better read this. I didn't get their names but customer care of this caliber is beyond rare in this volatile climate and I really hope these guys get the recognition they deserve. If you're craving a late night meal on a Friday night, I really hope you end up running into this team. Thank you!

I tried to order online but kept making mistakes. It seemed a little confusing.
I called Wendy’s and talked to Bre the manager. She took care of me and I got the order quickly, and it was hot!

Edit: I had given this two stars previously because of some instances of watered down Coke. However, I have since experienced that same practice at several area restaurants due to shortages. This location has really improved their service in recent weeks. I stopped there for myself and as a delivery driver and the attitude among the employees has been really good. Also, the new fries are great.

The workers were friendly and on top of things, which isn't always the case at fast food places. They happily gave me ketchup packets when I asked for it, and an extra straw just in case one wasn't in the bag (one was).

We stopped to get dinner usually the food is really good but the fries were cold in one of the sandwiches weren't as hot as it should have been customer service was amazing however

I always get good, fast service here in my late lunch break. If you want a dine-in fast food place that is not playing Christmas music in December, this is it. They don't seem to have been affected by worker shortages like most places have lately. If they have, is doesn't show.

Here I am reviewing fast food, but it needs to be said. These guys are close to my job, so I come here often. They are consistently great. Staff is friendly, service is lightning fast, and the food is prepared with care. For example, the bacon on my junior bacon cheeseburger never needs readjusting. Seems like a small thing, but it really means a lot.

Also, their new breakfast menu really slaps.

You say you want a spicy chicken sandwich? That is some spicy chicken! Not just chicken with spicy sauce... Spicy. Effin. Chicken. Period. Especially good with extra lettuce and tomato to stave off some of the heat and a little pickle. Delicious! The fries however, would be much better if you changed your oil more frequently... Or designate separate fryer vats for meats versus fries... Just a suggestion... the cut of your fries is awesome but it's no good if the oil is old or too cold. Check the freshness of the oil and the temperature of your vat more frequently.

Emanuel was working the drive thru tonight and it was the best drive through experience I’ve ever had anywhere. He asked if there was anything special about my order, and their was, he made polite clarifying questions and genuinely thanked me for my order. Class act. Wendy’s, I don’t know Emanuel, but you might want to give him a raise so you don’t lose him. I’d hire him in a heartbeat

This Wendy’s location is amazing! The manager keeps the staff motivated and positive. I am a DoorDash driver and all the staff treat me respectfully and kindly when I come to pick up my orders. Wonderful crew and an amazing manager!
