Starbucks

Usually when I go here I’m not in a rush, I go inside, order, and get my drink within a few minutes, pretty expected. Yesterday I was there, in more of a rush heading to a work meeting, it felt like the gentleman could sense my urgency- they took my order and got me my drink in what felt like a minute - thanks!

Perfect spot on the corner of Santa Anita and Duarte, with entrances to the parking lot from both streets. The service was quick and they were friendly. Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was very tasty here. I'd recommend this place for a good coffee drink.

This place is clean and employees are nice and polite . I strongly recommend it 👌🏼 (I love how the restrooms are clean). Thanks for getting my order right.

We often go to the Arcadia Starbucks. They have the friendliest workers and our drinks are always made right.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The baristas and cashier really make an effort to get to know you. It may not sound much but simply just asking how my day is going or what my plans are really makes it a wonderful personal experience.

As for the drinks, they do a really good job at staying consistent with how drinks are made. I’ve noticed that with drive-thru’s it seems other Starbucks main focus is quantity over quality. Yet again this isn’t your typical Starbucks. The quality is by far the best!

First time to try hot breakfast as my lunch but not really my favorite.

You want to see how a good team is running a store take a look at the restroom. If it looks like they care about it then you know they care about you as well. Thank you for the great service.
No comment on Starbucks coffee.(you know why) even though I often drink that myself😉.

whatever crew was working this morning are absolutely amazing!! so friendly and went out of their way to be nice and helpful. we cracked one of our cups and when I asked for another cup to empty it into, they gave us a whole new drink for free! store and even bathrooms are also kept nice and clean

Great Starbucks! I Can charge my phone and relax! Great drinks! Staff recognized me and it always catches me by surprise! Everyone here is friendly, amazing and fast!!!

Staff was very nice and friendly my first time to this Starbucks. They made suggestions on our drinks even informed me that my kids drinks could be also made with chocolate milk instead of coffee I loves that idea. I would definitely be going back to this location even if it's a drive away

I mean come on guys it's star bucks there's no such thing as a bad one an they always got a decent cup of joe when you need it

Good location. Very friendly staff. Drive-thru line is a bit busy sometimes but if you go at the right time it's not so bad. Definitely recommend this location.

Hey I hope the staff read this,my name is J I'm from London and I basically lived right by this Starbucks location for like 5 months.i visited the drive through nearly twice a day and I've now moved outta town and I never got the chance to say good bye.I just want to add the service was impeccable they had great customer service,very friendly and never got my order wrong once.They had great staff every single one of them,they knew my order down to a t and even though I would mix it up with a few different drinks and bites to eat they always took great care of me.i just want to say thank u and I did plan to get the store a little gift B4 I left as they always made me feel welcome and the days I was home sick just by pulling up through the drive through they always made a effort to speak to me so the loanly feeling of being in the states alone would disappear as I had a new Starbucks family!!I hope all u guys are well and I'm so sorry I Neva got to say goodbye or I didnt get a chance to drop by a little thank u gift for treating me so well.i will deffo pass by one day soon,until then takecare b safe and just carry on doing what u guys r doing and being such kind and warm hearted human beings,Starbucks should b counting there lucky stars they got such a great set of ppl all working in one store,until we meet again.Jay (London)

I've gone through their drive through, sat in store, and ordered ahead. The wait is never long. This is my go to store because I feel like the baristas are genuine, friendly and quick. They go above and beyond.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service Enrique gave to my husband and I tonight. The mocha and Carmel crunch frap is delicious. You made a wonderful memory for us to cherish on his birthday. 😊

Always a great place to stop before heading to work, they've been short on ingredients making ordering certain drinks tricky but their service is always communicative to give alternative options or drink choices that are available.
