Pentwater House of Flavors

This ice cream shop is a must if you're in Pentwater. It's a fun atmosphere and the workers are really friendly. There are plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from. Plus, the ice cream is super tasty!!

Blue lighting all over the place when you walk in, and it didn’t suit an ice cream shop very well. Apart from that, I like how this ice cream shop is right next to a lake. It was great. Some random lady also called out the names really weirdly to receive orders. Also, the ice cream was delicious. Had variety of options to choose, and it was good. I, got a good combo of salty and sweet, and my brother obviously got Superman. Such a child’s pick for ice cream. Would go here again for a sweet treat in Michigan!

HOF was amazing, as always. They were very busy, but the local staff was moving very efficiently and provided the best Sundae I have ever had. Stop in and try their Pig dinner. You won't regret it.

Order at counter, get a #, they bring u food. Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious & so were the fries! Sadly, we were too full for ice cream but every House of Flavors has the best ice cream I've ever had!!! Carrot Cake, Lemon Cheesecake Bar & Praline Pecan r my favorites! 😋😋

Awesome staff! Always nice and smiling! Bacon cheeseburger is a must try! BLT is another favorite of ours and a must try. The ice cream selection, Delicious!

If you have never tried their BLT, let me say it’s absolutely amazing. Every time we camp up in Pentwater, I have to stop in and get one. They toast their bread or put it on the flat top with butter so it’s golden, crunchy and delicious. I always ask for crispy bacon and every time it’s EXACTLY what I’d like. They don’t put too much mayo on it so it’s oozing out the sides either. Literally the best BLT I’ve ever had. Try one for sure.

House of flavors has the most fun vibe, we love it! The staff is friendly, prices are fair and the icecream is delicious. They have the cutest sundaes and music to dance to, which makes it a favorite of our kids too. Aaannnd it is Veteran owned, which we will always support

We stayed in Pentwater recently and had three meals from here. Great service, very tasty food, and fair prices! Burgers were great; made from fresh beef, never frozen. They always had plenty of staff, with smiles to take your order and satisfy your taste buds. Great job HoF!!!

We stopped to get a quick ice cream. It was excellent and very tasty. They have over 40 flavors to choose from at a very reasonable price. they also serve food and are open until 10 pm. They also have a few tables outside. where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream.

I stopped in tonight a half hour before closing time. All staff was getting ready to close so I just ordered a couple scoops in a cone. I tend to get overwhelmed with as many options as they do. The ice cream was great, I love the atmosphere, staff was polite.. and they're even open until 10 pm on a SUNDAY. Anything being open past 8pm these days is almost unheard of so I appreciate the hours!!!

Great little place! I had a chocolate malt that was delicious and was smooth like velvet. The staff was all incredibly sweet and polite and gave us samples on a few ice creams I’d never heard of let alone tried. The prices were fair and the selection was very large. They had I believe six large dip wells with numerous types of all local ice creams. The staff told us about the different areas where the ice creams all sourced from and answered all the questions we had as we were trying to decide what we wanted from the plethora of choices.

My kiddos like to eat at least 2 meals a day here when we stay in Pentwater. Their chili cheese fries are the best I've ever had. Huge order! Chicken tenders served hot and delicious. Great hamburgers. We get ice cream here every night. The staff is wonderful. I found their prices and serving sizes were great. We can't wait to see you guys again in August!

Huge variety of flavors for hard serve, many are creative and unique mixes you won't find elsewhere. They also have soft serve and all of those associated typical options.

I tried the Milky Way and the Michigan Pot Hole, both were excellent (if you like chocolate!)

Amazing place for the family. My daughter loves it. It's a great way to end the night after the pentwater beach sunset

We vacation in Pentwater every year, having tried all places. This is a fun place! We’ve gone back multiple times for the fun environment and experience. The YUMMY ice cream helps too:) The portions are great and pricing reasonable. We look forward to going back again soon! Love how the owners interact with the young staff. You can tell they genuinely care about each other and enjoy what they do.

Must visit while in town!

Food was great and reasonably priced. Only complaint would be the music from the kitchen was too loud & bass-heavy occasionally, making conversation a little difficult, but only on a few songs that played. Overall it was fine. Next time I visit I'm definitely getting dessert!

Went here for a short birthday weekend trip and the ice cream was great! So many different flavors to choose from, homemade waffle cones right in the open (my son loved watching the staff make them) and when I asked for sprinkles on my son's ice cream cone they used whipped cream and made a little bear face on it with the sprinkles. He was so excited about it! What a great place.
