Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food was delicious and everyone working was so amazingly friendly. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food place in a long time. Will definitely be coming back.

It was so refreshing to find a Popeyes where the staff was extra friendly, helpful and had great service. Food was fast and hot. The cashier was ready and happy to answer any questions. I'll definitely be coming back more often.

Went through the drive thru for shrimp and chicken strip. Service with a smile 😃

I was traveling, and this location is right off I-20 west. I believe it in located in Bremen, GA. I purchase their spicy chicken sandwich.
It was a nice portion size, and fried crispy to perfection. I couldn't eat it all at once. I had to eat half then and the other half later. So delicious!

They need help at this location. There was only 2 people working and the young man helping seemed to be new. The food was great. I felt bad for them because there was a lot of customers. I left chic FIL a to come here because the there were so many people working there and the girl at the cashier looked at me, the register then turned to walk away. I left and I'm not going back. I have to go into because my vehicle is over heating.

Very pleasant cashier with a friendly and up beat attitude. Suggested some items we had never had before and we absolutely loved them. The spicy chili sauce on your ghost pepper wings is a huge winner in my opinion. We loved everything about our visit. Thanks Amber for everything. Keep up the good work. Bremen is our local store but we're really enjoyed coming to Villa Rica for our dinner and we will be returning again soon.

The food was hot and crispy. The guy who took my order was amazing!

Update August 2024 - After at least six visits (what can I say, I like their Sandwich), night and day difference from my earlier post. Fast service and everything was good. Clean environment and very friendly.

??? Don't even know where to start. The owners are completely oblivious or just don't care how this location is run. Popeyes should revoke the franchise and give it to someone who cares. Out of products, slow service, order is wrong, I am amazed how something can operate so inefficiently. Zero stars if possible.

Great and friendly service! Went beyond to make me feel welcome.
The following is an update (7/23/23). We just stopped in about 5pm Sunday. Personnel are still friendly and place is clean. But..Sad to say they met us with the statement that indicated 85% of their menu was not. available. Including NO sandwiches. Slaw was slimy, biscuits tasted sour. We shoulda stopped at Jacks (two doors down) for a good chicken sandwich, fries and drink for much better pricing.

Okay so I know this is just supposed to be a review of a store's food, but it's Popeyes so we already know the food is good. But mainly I decided to write more about this particular store because of the service. The staff here has never failed to impress me by their cheerful attitude and their welcoming spirit. Just wanted to say how much it meant to me.

Food is always fresh and this location is so much faster than villa rica!

The food was EXCELLENT, but the customer service was AWFUL 😖 I was in the drive thru line for over 20 plus minutes I will try them again at a later date.

I want to thank the very sweet staff who provided my family food tonight. I ordered an extremely large amount of food through the drive through at 9pm after a very long day of dealing with a stressful family situation. I want to let you (the staff) know that sometimes what you do is IMPORTANT! We haven’t eaten anything but chips and cookies in over 24 hours and I really appreciate you feeding us all.

First time trying in 40 yrs, had local coupon and bought 2 two piece snacks. It was quick, easy, the food was hot, both mac-n-cheese, potatoes and gravy were wonderful. The mild chicken taste like Southern home-cooked. The only ding is food was healthy proportion sized. Could have been a little bigger. Will return again.

Very clean. The food was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly, patient and nice to me and my family. We dined in and they treated us like we were at a 5 star restaurant making sure we were satisfied. Thank you Megan for the great service.

This place has great customer service. There’s frozen lemonade wasn’t ready but I was offered the chilled one instead which was really good. The Nuggets were fresh and hot and I’ll definitely be back again. 5/5

Never in my life have I been treated the way I was this evening. I came in exhausted from a long day and left out here blown away by the teamwork, the customer service, and just all around best experience. Food was delicious and you can beat this team. Alex, Meghan, and Haley...you can't top this team. 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

Drive thru order. Ordered for 3 people. Food took a little while longer than usual however this is a brand new business that just opened and the staff are still in training. Everyone was very nice. The food was good. They did give me an option to either get spicy chicken or to wait 3 minutes for the mild. I chose to wait. It took a little longer than 3 minutes but hey the food was good and thats all that really matters.

I stopped coming to this location due to the food being gross and the service being horrible. Tonight I decided to try it again for dinner. Much to my surprise the service was amazing the new staff was very polite and professional and the food was also amazing.
