I recently got the opportunity to go over some ideas/details for a house I want built. Janey from the Bremen office was very pleasant and professional to work with. She knew her stuff and wasn't there to waste my time. I left with a positive feeling that I can trust Trinity Custom Homes to build my next house.

It's kind of difficult to navigate. And since they want to reply saying they don't have a record of me, I was talking about their website. And I did request information, that's how I got pamphlets in the mail.

Trinity has been a disaster! We understand that building a house is never a good experience, however this is beyond that. Once you sign the contract they do not care about you as a customer. We have had 6 different “superintendents” throughout the build of our house. Contractors will come to the house and do about 30% of the work and they will not come back for weeks. Several jobs have been left unfinished. Poor management and communication. Do not use Trinity Custom Homes!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to build a dog house. I think giving them one star is being very generous. From the moment we signed our contract there was problem after problem. We were merely a dollar sign. Everyone we have encountered was more concerned with filling their pockets than building our house. Our home is nowhere near the quality home they advertise. If you are considering using Trinity, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We used the Bremen office and our experience was a nightmare.

**I walked in to find out info, and see what they had to offer. There was one customer the gentleman was speaking with, supplying with information and brochures. He never acknowledged me, not a smile, nod my direction, on a simple” Hello; I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” I waited 15 min., and not a word. OBVIOUSLY, these comments shown on this page are hand-picked. Customer service and common courtesy go hand-in-hand. This will go on my Facebook page as well.**

Avoid this company. Advertise great procedure which aren’t done in construction process. I have squeaking floors, drywall tape showing and poorly built porches.
