Staff Needs more training! Customers are not happy with this new location it’s been talk the town! Baker needs new training donuts come out sloppy frosting is glazed on melting off. Coffee orders need be made over. Staff very nice just needs more training.

I only go to this location on the weekends, so this is just the weekend crew I talk about. I've given this new location a few tries. The people at the window are kind and have good customer service. However, I start my morning off with a latte every day. Every time I've gone, the latte tastes worse and worse. Had to have it remade twice yesterday before I gave up and went to the original, bigger location on Reservoir Ave. I'll usually accept a bad latte if it's at least a little drinkable because I don't like being a bother. But these were absolutely horrible. I'm convinced they didn't properly train the girls working there how to make them. Most of the employees at this location are young and walk around looking so confused. Whoever did the hiring process for this location did a poor job. I hope they improve as time goes on. But I would not recommend stopping there on the weekends unless you want a headache.

I’ve contemplated making this review for a few weeks now because I’ve literally never written a review before, but this has just been so horrible, so here it is:

This is by far the worst Dunkin to ever have opened lol! I’ve gone here so many times and every single time I go, my order is wrong. Whether it be food or a drink, it’s never correct. I’ve ordered a large coffee with caramel swirl + French vanilla swirl and regular cream - every single time they give me a regular iced with no flavor whatsoever. Only thing they have managed to get right was adding the cream haha. Food wise, the item’s are either extremely burnt or frozen in the middle. I have given the benefit of the doubt because SOME of the people are nice, but every single time it’s the same thing. I’ve started going to a different dunk out of my way and have had none of the issues I’ve had here. It’s really unfortunate because it’s a brand new Dunkin, but the staff are not at all trained correctly with how to do their jobs. I’ve even called and spoke to the manager (super Karen I know) after like a week straight of bad service. She was kind, she said she was going to speak to them but here we are with nothing changed. The people are kind, but the service is what makes people stray away from this location.

Love the location and the inside is super nice! I so badly wanted to make this location my new go-to but the ratios have been off on every drink I’ve gotten for the last couple weeks (almost one/day). I finally went back in to have it remade and the second one turned out worse than the first, so I changed up my order completely hoping for it to turn out better, and it was still way off. The employee commented that it’s not just me - others have complained too. If you order anything with dairy, you’ll get 99% dairy and a little bit of sugar (not even sure there was coffee in the first two). Hoping this review will get the managers attention so this can be fixed soon! Until then, I’ll keep going down the road.

don’t come here. miserable lady with the black hair is extremely rude, slow, and doesn’t cooperate when they mess up the order. they even dropped my food and i didnt make a big deal out of it. higher ups need to take a look at this place and re-evaluate who they’re putting to represent their company.

New location and the people from the window had an attitude problem. The girl at the window got mad because i ordered food and a gift card, I transferred the money to the app and she said I can’t pay the gift card with the app so I said I’m paying my food with the app and the gift card with cash. She got really mad and the other worker helping her had an attitude too, they were touching the pay machine really hard like they were upset.

First time in, won't be back. Staff was rude to me and to each other, basically telling me I ordered my drink incorrectly. Go to any of the other hundreds of dunkins around.

The place is absolutely horrible. Do not recommend. They don't give you food right away and person who make your coffee scratching their behind before giving you food.

Brand new location off of one of the busiest roads in the state and the manager hires a bunch of incompetent teenagers turn run the show. Stay away!
