F45 Training Argyle

My new favorite workout! I’ve been waiting for a mix of cardio and weight training to open since moving here! The music is great, the vibe is great and the workout is great! Especially if you’re gym shy ☺. The trainers are also very knowledgeable. I’m already signed up for a full year to keep me accountable 🙌🏾 I would recommend to anyone looking to gain valuable fitness knowledge and a hard workout.

I love everything about this place! I'm a distance runner and have always preferred getting on my feet to run for multiple hours, over weight training. However, I am 44 years old and have 3 kids, ages 9, 7 and 5. We are very active, usually outdoors playing sports or adventuring together. While my endurance is relatively strong, I've noticed recently how weak I am physically. I explored F45 Argyle after a few friends told me about it. My only goal was to get strong and be able to keep up with my kids. What I've found here is an amazing group of people, a simple to follow training program, encouraging support, a wide variety when it comes to class times, and great music! For the first time ever I look forward to training. Definitely check it out!

I recently switched my gym membership from orange theory fitness as F45 was closer to my house and I can say their workouts push me to get out of comfort zone daily. I love the coaches and community they have built, they are so motivating and friendly. Everyday is different with workouts so you won’t get bored. My mom and sister also joined this gym with me and they are loving it as well (:

From the moment you step inside your greeted by friendly faces and a welcoming atmosphere!! F45 Argyle is for anyone and everyone, no matter what stage of life or fitness you’re in. I have been patiently waiting for this studio to open and I’m so excited that I get to make this a part of my routine now! The owners Ally & Tyler are incredible. Both with deep passions for people and long histories in fitness and athletics. Their knowledge runs deep and it shows in how they coach and how they have trained their coaches. Come and join us!!

If you're looking for a place to hang out, look cute and get a light workout, this place is not for you! F45 Argyle is full of the friendliest and most motivating group of people who are all a sweaty mess at the end of each workout just like you will be. I love how the trainers push you to do your best and then some. Amazing atmosphere, great workout and second to none staff.

I haven’t worked out in years and as an out of shape mom of 3 I have been intimidated to go workout in a group setting. F45 in Argyle has been beyond welcoming and encouraging! I instantly connected to the coaches as most of them are moms too and know exactly how I feel! I have never been excited to workout and this place gets me PUMPED!! If you’re looking for a workout that will keep you excited and with people that are fun and encouraging… I HIGHLY recommend F45 in Argyle!

Great gym with absolutely stellar coaching staff! The owners make everyone feel like they're part of one big family! I couldn't recommend this location any more highly - if you're in Northlake or Argyle and want to get fit, you should definitely pop by!

The team at F45 is amazing! Every workout has kicked my butt but the team helps me push through it. I know I wouldn't get half as good of a workout if I tried to do this on my own. The accountability and energy they bring to every class is infectious. I would highly recommend checking them out!

HIGHLY recommend checking out F45 Argyle/Northlake!! I’ve gone 2x so far this week and it has truly challenged me, in a good way!! I love the atmosphere and all the encouraging trainers. The workouts have all been so different and I really enjoy how there is several stations to go through.

Starting my fitness journey over this year and with that came reservations and anxiousness. That all went away the second I walked through the door. I immediately felt welcomed, supported, and comfortable! I was given modifications for exercises that I wasn’t ready for, but know with their support and encouragement I will be “crushing” those soon. I also like that if I need to in a pinch I can bring my kiddos and feel safe while I work out. This place is great and I can’t wait for my next class!

Absolutely love F45 Argyle!! The coaches are full of energy and very motivating! You never have to worry about working out alone and F45 is like family!! If you need a place to workout look no further because this is the place for you!!

My fiancé & I have been LOVING going to F45. It’s super close to our house and the atmosphere is great. We both have been surrounded by sports our whole life & played collegiately so we love the style of classes and encouraging coaches! The staff has made us both feel very welcome and knew our names after our second class. Plus, I love that they offer a variety of class types throughout the week and multiple class times throughout the day!

I have tried a lot of different workout programs and different gyms over the years, including CrossFit, Spenga, Bootcamps and even other F45 locations. The Argyle location is absolutely one of the best workouts AND environments I’ve ever been a part of. Great coaching makes all the difference for an intense workout like this, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. Thank you!

LOVE everything about F45!! All of the coaches are amazing. Always motivating you to never give up! This is the place to go for an awesome workout. Highly recommend!!!

Best gym I have ever hit. Allie and Tyler are great and the trainers rock!!!! They fill the facility with positive re-enforcement and constant motivation. They also keep and eye on older fat guys to ensure they don't flatline while ignoring their age:)

Owners and staff are amazing. Creates and promotes a family style studio and the workouts are great.
