The best place in Rochester to buy furniture with excellent customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional which makes for a great shopping experience. No other furniture store in Rochester can even come close.

I bought my dream, slipcovered white sofa 20 years ago, and it still looks brand new. Customer service helped me with a minor issue that arose in the beginning. I really appreciate their integrity. This company stands behind their product.

High end furniture store but limited in display pieces. Kelce (sp?) was knowledgeable and accommodating. Didn't find what we were looking for but would make the drive from Brockport if future needs dictate.

Gorgeous showroom with excellent design elements - friendly Design Consultants - Logan Fugle in particular- who know the Arhaus brand and product inside and out - and offer practical, down to earth advice about dimensions, fabric, and color. We have ordered from this Arhaus on several occasions - there are often substantial lead times, but it has always been worth the wait. The quality of the furniture - especially the depth, sturdiness, and comfort of the couches- is unsurpassed at this price level. Take a look - it's fun just to walk around the showroom since there are decently priced high quality blankets, throws, poufs, and candles!

Love the store! The furniture is great quality and mostly made in America. It's a little more expensive, but well worth the investment-as it will last a lifetime! The delivery men are extremely courteous and handle the furniture with such care! We would highly recommend and will continue to go back!

Beautiful summer vases are now on clearance, and the staff is welcoming and so helpful. The grapefruit & pine candle smells heavenly. There's so much inspiration to be found for your home decor or planning a get together for family and friends.

Purchased my linen sofa and copper coffee table there. Addition is now a beautiful copper bowl to rest on the copper coffee table!! Looks fantastic!

I have been a customer for many years and, even though my home is very much lived in with two active boys, my furniture has held up beautifully. The employees are warm and very professional and I always appreciate their input and friendly conversation.

Franca and Nino were both exceptionally helpful and patient in the couch buying process. They gave advice throughout the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable with the purchase decision. We ultimately ended up with pollack series couch which was perfect for our needs.

Visited for the first time and loved it. Unique pieces, yes a bit pricey but you wont find that exact piece anywhere else. Maybe simalar but never the same.
