Great pizza and wings. They get extremely busy so don't be surprised if it takes your order one hour to be ready for pickup. Frankly, their pizza and wings are worth waiting for, just call well ahead just in case, particularly during big football events.

Best one in the chain is this location. They make great pizzas, simple and elaborate.

So far every time we have ordered from here it has been so delicious! They make one of the best steak subs I’ve had in a long time. The meat hot is delicious and they’re always very friendly! Thank you!

I originally posted that the pizza at Caraglio's in Hilton was either burnt or undercooked. However, I am beyond impressed that the manager reached out to us less than 24 hours after I posted. We spoke at length and discussed my concerns. He explained some changes that were happening and assured me that he would personally address my concerns with the staff at the store. They provided us vouchers to try them again. Tonight, we did. And, it was the Caraglio's I remember. It's not about not making mistakes. It's about how it's handled and working to fix things. Caraglio's did just this. I won't go anywhere else for my pizza. Well done, Caraglio's!!!

I just used a coupon for free medium pizza, added 2 toppings so came to 3 and some change. The pizza was outstanding. Will be coming here from now on for sure
