Have shopped here for 10+ years, no doubt in my mind this is the best pet store in the area! Top tier professionalism from all employees, a unique/clean environment, everything you can imagine for your pets needs. I will continue to recommend Pet Friendly to everyone I know, whether they own fish, cats or dogs! Thank you for your years of great service.

Pet Friendly owners and staff are very knowledgeable and have always helped us find solutions to any pet issues we have had. Their fresh water fish are very healthy. It is a nice locally owned store to shop in with better prices than the box stores around here.They have always been able to stock the dry dog food we use for all of our dogs.

This place was recommended to my husband and I by a friend. We came to check out the fish and weren't disappointed. A lot of tanks, great variety of fish, so much to choose from. The store was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly. We'll be returning customers

We started taking our dog here to get his nails trimmed. This is the only place that has allowed me to go back with him to comfort him. We have had the best experience and his anxiety is manageable during the visit! We are thankful we can finally get our dogs nails done without the worry and stress!

Such a warm, welcoming environment. Clean, & friendly. Lots if variety for all animals, big store. I love the groomers, my fur babies come out looking like they are red carpet ready! They trim and cute precisely as asked!

We have our dogs (two golden retrivers) groomed by Danielle at Pet Friendly and she is the BEST! Our male dog, Jack, is extremely well mannered, but will cry if our female dog, Piper, is out of his sight. Danielle knows and while Piper is being groomed will let Jack sit by her and watch patiently. Danielle even went out of her way to try a new brush with Jack's crazy undercoat because she knew it was an issue we had. We can't say enough great things about Danielle at Pet Friendly!

They are friendly, helpful, and have good prices. Their local delivery is a great perk, and I have recently been ordering online for convenience. Far prefer supporting this small business to any larger retailer!

When I am in search of a slightly more expensive fish, I will only go to Pet Friendly. Their tanks are well maintained, fish are healthy and information is happily given with no judgement.

I'm a recent discoverer of this fabulous establishment. The service and attention is top notch! I'm switching my pet shopping completely to this place. They were able to special order my pet's prefered food variety and called as soon as it was ready for pick up. That's great service in my book! The hours are so convenient too.

Very friendly pet store, all the workers are very knowledgeable. We take our dog to doggy daycare, she loves it and it's an affordable price. They also have a rewards program where you can use points for discounts on anything you purchase.

I just relocated from NYC to Rochester. I called 20+ groomers and they all said they were too booked. Just as I was losing faith an amazing person recommended Pet Friendly. I called and expressed my issues with my maltese who hasnt been groomed in 4 months because of the relocation, so just imagine what my poor guy looked like. It broke my heart that I couldn't find a groomer until Pet Friendly said YES! Im not giving them a great review because they said yes. They deserve an amazing review because they took all my concerns serious, they were easy to talk to and they made you feel at ease leaving your pup in their hands. Pet Friendly definitely puts their customers 1st along with their furry customers. I truly look forward to becoming a forever customer! I hope my review will inspire others to bring their furry friend or just take a ride to check out their unique store.

Pet Friendly is a local family owned and run business. We've past by often never knowing what it was, and turned around and stopped in one day. We are glad we did! It's a very nice pet store. We have 3 cats and they have a good selection of quality pet foods and a large variety of other pet needs that other stores don't have. We are very happy we decided to turn around that one day!!!

I recently brought my 13 yr old Golden-doodle here for a wash and grooming. It was his first time here. He and I were both nervous when we first got there, probably because his last grooming(at a different business) resulted in him having a chunk of his ear cut off, a lot of blood, stitches and a $200 vet bill. Needless to say we looked for a new groomer. Our appt was scheduled with Joey. Upon meeting her she assured me there would be no such problems. SHe seemed very nice and I think Tucker could tell. I picked up Tucker a few hours later and he looked & acted like a completely different dog. He was wagging his tail, he had his head up with a dog smile and his new hair cut looked perfect. It was exactly as I described to Joey as to how we wanted him groomed. We will be back in the spring for Tucker's next grooming!

If you live in Greece or Parma and have pet supply needs, this is the place to go! Friendly staff and a huge selection (including a ton of fish). Support local and give this place a try! You won't be disappointed.

Love this pet store! They have a great selection of aquatic accessories and live fish! Unique interesting speciesas well. Staff is fantastic and super helpful especially when I was a new fish keeper. I buy all the products for my aquariums from pet friendly and regularly call them asking for advice. Highly recommend!

It has been awhile since we have been in pet friendly. We always found it to be dirty and the aquatics department was not maintained. Today we decided to stop back in and check it out. I was extremely surprised to find a knowledgeable and personable employee( we we're so used to the young couldn't care less high school students) I wish I remembered to get the gentleman's name, but we will be back to see him. Good job pet friendly for finally hiring someone with such knowledge a great personality and someone to finally care for your store as this man obviously is and does...(1/31/19)

Great staff.. Always very helpful. The people in the dog grooming area are awesome!.. Would recommend this place for all your pet needs.
