Staff is very friendly. They know most of their customers as they walk in. under 5 minute to get your total order and very efficient.

Great coffee and food, but the service is slow. The on duty manager is pleasant but clueless as to what orders need to be processed and in what order. The staff seems nice but overwhelmed.

I love this Dunkin! I stop by several times a week. And each visit is pleasant. The entire staff is amazing. They're professional, polite and greet you with the warmest eyes (can't see the smiles due to the masks). If you're from the area or simply visiting give them a shot.

Katie is such a delight to have wait on my family and I every day. We are repeat customers daily and she gets our order(s) ready and correct every time. We love D&D!!!

Got a Mocha Peppermint Coffee. Awesome chocolate taste with a touch of peppermint. I personally double the cream and sugar. My six year old is addicted to Bacon Egg and Cheese wake up wraps. It has become our Saturday morning Daddy and Daughter Treat!!!

Girl with blue hair at the drive thru was so sweet! Wasn’t feeling so well that day but her smile and attitude made me feel better, a sweetheart❤

I always call my order in and go inside to pick it up Lisa the manager has always been so professional since day one regardless of how her day may be going and I've never had a bad interaction with any employees Lisa runs her crew with professionalism always .. it's a pleasure to deal with Dunkin Donuts employees in The Shoprite Plaza in Dalevile Plaza Covington Twp Pa just wish Bill Gracie owner would expand the Dunkin donuts there's lots of room at the Plaza it would be awesome .. thank you Lisa and your great staff!!

Drive up or easy in easy out. Quick service. Lottery tickets right next door. Don't even have to go outside.
