Terrific Dealership with Top Notch Customer Service. I was in search for a very reliable truck. I searched with the help of my brother in-law found what I wanted and needed. Took me for a test drive and yes deciding this is the truck for me so when all is said and done I’m driving a beautiful Ford F-150 so comfortable and confident Mat sold to me what I’ve always wanted. I inquired about a truck I found on cargurus. I was put with the best car salesman I’ve experienced in over 20 years. Not only was he eager to answer all my questions, but he went out of his way to make this the best buying experience for me. Matthew Lyons is the salesman everyone needs to experience. I have been looking for a vehicle for a couple weeks and I stopped by the Ed Rodgers in Sparta and salesperson I spoke to didn’t really have much time for me, so I went on over to the one off of 111 that’s where I met Jason Hall from the get-go he was very polite very nice answered all my questions and made the process as simple as possible he really worked with me took time and even stayed after closing to make sure I had the vehicle I wanted! UPDATE! When I purchased my car Jason made it clear I needed a coolant flush or actuator placed in the car he made sure to set me a time up with service and they squeezed me in fairly quickly, they were very efficient even gave me a loaner vehicle so I was not inconvenience at any time. Upon picking my car up Jason met with me and made sure everything was going smooth! Definetly a five star rating! Thank you Jason and staff for all your time and efforts!

I don't know where to start and furthermore, I don't know where to stop giving top tier accolades to Edd Rogers Valley Ford, Kristi, our salesperson and Lisa Bush the Sales Manager.

I am in intensive cancer recovery therapies and live in NC. My wife works full time.
We were unable to make a drive out to the dealership and asked Kristi to help us.

Saying she went over and above is an understatement. She took photos, videos, and answered each and every question we had about the 2013 Cadillac Escalade we were needing for our ministry.

We had a great experience with the sales and finance team. We have bought many vehicles over the years from various dealerships and Matt was the absolute best salesman to work with. He was very responsive and went out of his way to streamline the process. Kyle in finance was great too. We will shop with them in the future, for sure.
