He changed my prep, kept nausea away and when the procedure was over, he was waiting to speak with me.

Very nice guy. He was interested in helping me. Got straight to the point, felt very comfortable. I recommend him to anyone. The staff is friendly and helpful and the office is nice and clean.

I absolutely love Dr Tumiel and his staff. I don’t understand why there is any neg reviews saying he’s bedside manner wasn’t great. I guess those people just don’t like a doctor that is straightforward and to the point. I would much rather have an honest doctor than anything else. I know from experience I used to go to another well known GI specialist in town. I had horrible wait times and 10 years of ongoing symptoms and unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Tumiel found my fixed my issues in just 2 visits!!! I cannot say enough good things about him.

I recently went for my first office visit. He and his staff all were friendly, likeable and professional. I am going to have a procedure soon and will update after,but so far I am really impressed. I like a dr who is straight up, he fits the bill.

I have been a patient of Dr Tumiel for over 11 years and have had many bouts with Crohns Disease and diverticulitis but always felt safe and secure knowing that Dr Tumiel would lead me to reemission. He always takes the time to get to know you and your family, and makes you feel comfortable and safe in his presence. I would recommend Dr Tumiel to anyone who is suffering from any GI discomfort. It will not get better or go away if it's prolonged it needs attention and care. I hope by posting this it might help someone that has any doubts so go get it checked.

Have been going to Dr. Tumiel and Panama City Gastroenterology for over 20 years. I'm typically seen close to my appointment times and appreciate Doc T's direct approach to my health. I'm in relatively good health and have been for many years in comparison to my poor health when I first chose this practice. I've also had to interact with Jessica, his assistant, throughout the years and she's always been quite attentive to my needs and/or concerns. I have no reason to consider going anywhere else and have referred friends to this practice without hesitation.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tumiel as a gastroenterologist for the last 20 years, and I’ve known him since the early 1990s when he came to Panama City.
Prior to seeing him I want to a another G.I. organization where patients were treated not like human beings but as if they were in an assembly line.
I am currently seeing Dr. Tumiel is my personal internist, and gastroenterologist.
His staff is fantastic, office manager Jessica is this the greatest I’ve ever met.
I highly recommend Dr. Tumiel and his staff, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Tumiel has been my Gastroenterologist since, I believe the early 90s! Today, at 66yoa, I have fought my share of health battles. It is certain that he KNOWS his field, and the side effects of any medication he prescribes!

He had me on one particular medication for several yrs, and I began to have Neurological side effects. Not knowing they were caused by this drug, I made an appointment with one of the BEST Neurologists in PC. After many tests with no solid answers nor results with my getting better, I was informed that he just had no answers for me and that I HAD no problem at all - ie "it was all in my head"!

The next week, I had a Med Refill Apt. with Dr. Tumiel. As soon as he saw me n how my body was shaking out of control, he asked apx how long I had been taking THAT drug - that what was happening to my body was a side effect! He took me off it - within 2wks I was FINE!

ALSO yrs prior, I was in the hospital apx 2wks due to 2 blood clots which had formed in my left groin (caused by another Medication) Do you know that Dr. Tumiel just CAME BY to check on me - I'm nobody special nor did he charge those rounds to my Ins Co - he was just concerned n gave a care about me, just one of his many many patients at the time!

PATIENTS JUST DON'T FORGET SUCH THINGS - - DO WE?

He takes his time and really tells it like it is if you want a great honest Dr. he is the one for you!!!
