This is by far the best Wendys location I've ever been to. ALWAYS consistent, doing extra things for their customers, never rude and always fresh food. Great employees

This Wendys is by far the best fast food restraunt. They make great food everytime, I have lived in the area all my life and never had one issue. They have an atmosphere related to chick fil a. Last year i was coming home from work in STL and a dif loc got my order wrong. The next time i went to the ofallon location, i mentioned my experience in STL and they took full accountability although it isn’t even their store! Gave me free food and it’s why i will drive out of my way to come to this location. I went tonight and had again amazing customer service from a gentlemen named christian. He was outstanding with customer service and it always goes such a long way. Thank you ofallon wendys for running ur business so incredibly for so long!

Really nice people work here. They greet you when you walk in. They are efficient. The food is fresh and hot. The restaurant is clean. They even come out to ask how everything is! Wow

Definitely better than Missouri Dennys. The booths even have plugins. Great place to eat and the prices are fair for the area.

The service was awesome. The person checking us out was super patient with my girl who hardly ever knows what she wants to eat, or will change her mind a hundred times.

I am never disappointed here, food is always fresh and fast, and the gentleman that works the morning shift is so incredibly nice and professional.

The sweetest lady(Michelle) took my order today. Everything came out exactly how I ordered it. 10/10 experience.

I went here and gyat dang! It was so good! In all my experiences with Tony’s, I thought this was a great rival for phantom tax. If you order the acoustic grilled pretzel roll, you can find it to be quite electrifying! (Guitar hero humor btw!). The fries were yummy in my tummy, and the shake was so creamy and skibidi. Wyatt P. and Alex were so helpful (hopefully I got their names right)! Back in Freddie, LOL (league of legends) I had some good morning bacon, but this was much better in terms of PSI! Very restarted. We do like to restart when times get a’goin, so a little break of Wendy’s takes the cake (which they don’t have *whimper sound from Wyatt P.*) 4/5 Meows. Very safe environment for my kid and pokeballs.

The orange dreamsicle frosty is amazing.

I love the peppermint frostys and the key chains are awesome. There was a cat out side which was really awesome to see.

They were pretty busy today in the lobby and drive thru. The food was still good (and correct), they kept up with it being lunch rush and obviously being a bit shorter staffed, and it was very clean inside!

So grateful to still be able to get a good salad at a fast food establishment! MeDonald's has done away with salads at least all those I've visited lately. It's a shame! What happened to healthy choices. Wendy's is awesome I hope they always offer salads. Staff was quick and efficient! I will visit again.

Fast food is not my favorite but once in a while it's ok. Food was good, service was excellent! Exactly 💯 % what would be expected from a fast food chain.

Great experience, kids couldn't make a decision and yet they were patient even though we changed our order 4 or 5 times. Very reasonably priced and quick. This isn't the only time either, they are always nice and very helpful.

I love the taste of Wendy's 4 for 4 with their bacon Jr cheeseburger. They will substitute your soft drink with a frosty without any upcharge. Great value and fills you up and ice cream for a desert! Need I say more👍

We live in Washington we never go up to O'Fallon but we were around in couldn't figure out what we want to eat there's a McDonald's everywhere but we saw Wendy's and it was the best decision of the day we were really hungry I got something called a big double bacon something it was delicious fresh lettuce onions crunchy perfect bacon tender beef patties whoever put this Burger together little wonderful job it wasn't just thrown together like you see a lot of the times the fries were real potato e delicious not over-salted and of course the chocolate Frosty was perfect even though I couldn't finish it when you order it they just added to the drink they don't upcharge you amazing it didn't sit heavy like McDonald's does it was just hearty fresh filling and delicious I'm definitely going to make the trip out there again bravo bravo five stars to thumbs up 10 out of 10

This is an awesome location. Order is fast, accurate, and friendly. Visit around lunch time and food is always hot and fresh and frostys are never runny. Lemonade is excellent as well.

This Wendy's is not like any of the other fast food chains. The vibe, the interior, and the layout has an upscale feel. The fountain drink dispenser is top of the line offering variety of drinks and flavors that you don't see in their competition.

Food was ready for me in a good time.Baconator fries, Double Baconator& chicken sandwich was very good

Finally a fast food restaurant that was fast, hot, accurate, polite... like days gone by. KUDOS to all who work at this (O'Fallon) Wendy's. Thanks for caring!
