Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered food online Saturday night and arrived at 8:05 PM. Doors were locked and I went through driveway. Worker said they were closed. I said.. but wait.. I ordered onlne. She said... no worries I got you. I got to the window and she said she had good news bad news. My order was correct but was missing some sides so she gave me double of some and some extras. I asked... what about Red Beans and Rice. She said sorry we didnt have any. I was severely bummed and was the whole reason I ordered popeyes tonight. She said. If you can wait a few I will warm you up some. I got my full order I wanted with some extras. Mary was the woman who helped me and she was phenomenal! She said that they hope to be open later soon once she gets some help from corporate and that should be very soon. Stop by and say hello to Mary... she rocks and so does the food!

Flo was amazing. The chicken was phenomenally crispy and seasonings was on point

I am currently the new gm of this location i just took over 2 weeks ago i am doing my best and working as hard as i can to get this location back where it should be. If anyone who had a bad review could give me a chance to show you the turn around im trying to achieve i would appreciate it. We are still currently very understaffed and thats also a work in progress. So the lobby will hopefully soon be open for yall to be able to come in and eat as a family in our beautiful dining area. I do sincerely apologize for any negative experience you may have had at this location but trust and believe i am doing my darnedest to get it turned around and running the way it should and can. The wait time is also something im working on with learning the busy hours and what sells the most at those times. Some items will remain to be cook to order as we would like to serve you fresh and delicious food you will enjoy and wanna come back again for. Its a work in progress trust me i know but it has and will continue to only get better from here. I hope sny and every one that had a bad experience will come back thru and just give it another shot. My name is Nona and i am honored to serve every single customer that comes thru on a daily basis. There are days where we are working with only me and one other employee please be patient i promise you wont regret it. So please come thru hours of operation are 10am to 10pm but if im closing ill serve orders till were out of food. On Saturdays we do stay open till 11pm also.

I went here yesterday and I had to wait for a little bit in drive thru, but I believe there was only 1, maybe 2 employees working so I was patient. I got home and the food was AMAZING! I’ve never had Popeyes before and it was so good! The employee in drive thru was very kind.

Fast and Friendly service. Accurate and it was delicious. 100% better than the one on Salt Lick.

Only reason food gets 4* is lack of heat on the ghost 🌶 wings.

This location is amazingly fresh and excellent service. Almost everything we've had here has been so well served and tasty. The only knock is fresh food at times has a little wait but 0 true complaints, keep up the good work and don't hesitate to try anything here - btw the strawberry biscuit was amazing!!!

This has got to be the best Popeyes I have been in years. Food was fresh, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly! Most Popeyes are dirty, old food and unfriendly staff. Sad that you are so far away from home. But we will be by again in our travels.

Had an excellent experience. Drive thru employee was very helpful and polite. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be coming back.

My family and i recently came to this location and all i can say is...WOW!!! Will and Riley did and excellent job at taking our complicated order and making it so easy to process and FRESH!!! They were very accommodating and friendly. Even after reading the recent reviews, i can confidently say that they are doing the best that they can with being short staffed .GIVE THEM A CHANCE!!!!

It took awhile in drive thru. Never had a flounder sandwich it was fresh hot delicious. Will go back again. Staff was super nice. This is review is from someone who doesn’t do fast food very picky.

If you've never tried the classic or spicy chicken sandwich... DO IT! They are the bomb! And was only $3.99, but now $4.59, I believe. Still a good deal. They have senior discount too.

Sad you can't go in and eat anymore. The outside menu board wasn't working right. Only one worker inside. No line to wait in. Food hot. Cooked well. Fresh chicken. Delish strawberry lemonade.

Food was very good and everything I ordered was what I got. As you pull up they said please bear with me as our staff is all new. For an all new staff, they are doing very well! Good job guys.

Yup...this has taken to long for them to put a location here in O'Fallon. I hope management makes this work. Not all Popeye's locations are the same. But a new opening is tuff new employees.. long waits and mistakes. This takes about a month to work through... Give this locations a chance in the beginning.

Nona and John were holding it down by themselves with a huge rush. Took some time, but the service made up for it! Excellent work!
