Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Staff, food, and ice cream are always great. The other night we started to drive off from the drive thru and the young man working the drive thru ran outside to flag us down before we left the lot because he realized he made the ice cream wrong and brought us a new one before we even noticed. We appreciated it. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so!

Dominic was amazing. Food was fast and hot. Everything was amazing.

I’m a big fan of Dairy Queen. This is a great location. The inside is open up and is always clean. The staff is friendly and the products consistent.

First time going to this location and we had a good time. We accidentally messed up our mobile order under the wrong name and it had caused confusion. The staff were able to figure it out and get it corrected quickly. They were very polite considering it was our error.

Staff was perfect amount of friendly with out being fake. Special request for food item was accommodated without incident. Still can't get used to $12 for 2 ice creams but whatever

We went for some ice cream treats last night 8/1/2021 and the guy at the counter inside was so nice and helpful that as we walked out my kiddo told me that the whole experience had made him want to work for Diary Queen when he grew up. I have not had such a good customer service experience in awhile and was impressed! Thank you for making our night after 2 days of long road tripping!

Food was really good. The grilled chicken sandwich is plentiful and juicy. The service was good and they were very polite. My husband got some strawberry cheesecake royal blizzard and was very happy with it. Kids enjoyed their meals too. I do recommend this place.

There is no dine in which was fine as it was a beautiful day and we asked if we could sit on patio.. food was great , it was hot and delicious. The staff was super friendly.. definitely my go to dairy queen now, even if it's a longer drive to get there..

My daughter and I go there for Sundae for after school. We each get our Sundae's and then go to the parking lot and enjoy talking about her activities from the day. The staff are awesome when we pull up to take our order and get everything to us right away and so polite.

The girl taking my order along with the girl delivery through the window, Kyleigh were so nice & efficient. The line was almost around the building, yet they got it all correct & fast. My food as well as my blizzard & shake were perfectly! Thank you for making my wait all worth while.

Nice place . Big part for me at a fast food joint is friendliness and consistency. When I went the gentleman was very nice he showed me my blizzard upside down and the place was clean and smelled good. I give them a 5

Lunch special was a good deal! Three chicken strips with fries and white gravy for dipping and a drink. Then a small sundae for desert. All for 7 dollars.

Love this DQ! Just recently we went and our truck died in the drive thru, they sent out two guys to help us push our truck out of the way and then also gave us a 10% “bad day” discount and all were happy to help. It just shows that they care for their customers and made what could have been an awkward and bad experience a great one. Thanks again!

Damn burger actually looked like the picture on the menu lol the cook didn’t just slap it together~ very pleased.

Best dairy queen I've been to

October 1, 2015: This DQ has just been bought by new owners who have remodeled, restaffed, and reopened the restaurant.

My wife and I personally know the new owners. They are incredible people who own the DQ in Troy, MO.

If you went in the past and had a poor experience I would encourage you to go back and get the Grindstaff family an opportunity to earn your business.

The line was long when I went through the drive-thru but it went fast and the food was hot.

I love Dairy Queen's food. My favorite is the Honey BBQ chicken. It's the bomb diggity. Love the service at this location. It's the best I've seen at a fast food place let alone dairy queen.
