First time at this location noticed how clean it was. Really nice lady took my order. It didn't take long to get my food so I was happy with that. I will go back.

Running on a skeleton crew like they are, I give them 10 stars... people complaining should take into consideration there are only 2-3 employees there half the time bc no one wants to work fast food. Hate to break it to you, if you want to keep eating out every night someone has to work there.

Everyone was very friendly, especially Ahsley,who was working the register. Food was fresh, and the order was perfect.

On a road trip, pulled over to have a Whopper my way! It has been a while since I had one. I was not disappointed it was juicy, very tasteful, cooked perfectly. I only wish I could have sat and enjoyed it but it hit the spot on the highway! Great customer service in the Drive-Thru

Best BK I've been to! Staff was lovely, fun and nice. Accidentally hit right before closing as well, but they were happy all the same. Thanks guys.

Had a late lunch there and had one of the nicest friendliest managers at the register I have ever had take my order. As a former manager myself, she is exactly what I look for in an employee. If she hasn't been awarded employee of the month yet she defimitely deserves it. Absolutely one of my nicest dining experiences.

First time visiting this BK and i will say the employees were very nice. I went through and grabbed my daughter and I some luch as we were headed back to the Shoals area. Food was hot that we ordered and ready in reasonable time.

The General Manager Kimberly was a really nice lady and I spoke with her about a concern I had bc my kids eat there 3 to 5x a week. She told me if I had that problem to let the workers know that she said that I verified the problem with her. A awesome manager that cares about her customers.

Great experience today thanks to Kathy. She found out about my Mother's Birthday today and came and give us some cookies!!! She was so very nice and we enjoyed our day a little better; thanks to that!!!

They try to make sure the food is hot and make the customers happy

I would say 10 out of 10 but I went right after lunch rush. So the inside was dirty. Which I know was not the staff fault. Just the human nature of make messes.

Great customer service... Better than the Burger King in Gadsden and Rainbow City and Southside Alabama... The food was made to order and fresh great experience.. Very clean restaurant..

Rated 5 stars using a weighted far food scale. It isn't some fancy restaurant, but the employees were extremely friendly, we had no issues with our order, and the restaurant was clean.
