Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We want to sincerely thank LeAnn and her crew on two separate occasions for simply being amazing on their customer service. We had no idea what to get for dinner after picking up our Golden from her vet stay.

We admit that we have not been to Zaxby's in ages, but that all changed for the simple things LeAnn and her crew did to brighten our days and fill our bellies with deliciousness.

While we were picking up our order through their drive-thru, they showered our Golden with hello's and loving compliments. The staff gave us our meals and a surprise of delight in chopped grilled chicken for our pup which she heartily ate.

Thank you for brightening our evening from being away from our girl, it truly made us fans for life through your kindness and service. That simple gesture made the difference.

Love the food here. Spicy signature sandwich is the absolute best chicken sandwich in town. And the Zensation salad *chefs-kiss*
Also the employees are awesome here, Cashiers, cooks, managers, even the prep lady!

Update. Tried the new chicken philly. Very good! Had the chicken club. Pretty good

I just want to say that everyone at this establishment was so helpful and so friendly. When you go get fast food most of the time the workers act as if you are a burden to them but not here you are treated with the upmost courtesy and respect.

I’m not certain what was going on but I came to order just as usual and when I went to pay they said don’t worry about it this time and manager comped my order. Literally made my night, these are the nicest people with the greatest costumer service. Thanks for the smile :)

I had never had Zaxby's before. I went for the first time this week and it was really good! The staff was friendly. The drive thru was fast. Loved the fried cheese! I also got the signature sandwich and some chicken fingers. They were delicious! Hot and moist! So use to fast food chicken being hard and dried out but not Zaxby's!!

Well everyone and the food was almost perfect. This particular restaurant was very clean. But what really impressed me was the staffs courteousness. Even the people running the drive thru, me and my wife always pay attention to everyone and everything in a public dwelling, and if it's bad, we will let u know. If it's good, I will let u know and contact the CEO of that company and let them know what a good job is being done. So keep up the good work. Just one smile can turn a customer's bad day into a better one.

I hadn't managed to eat all day when we stopped here on a Sunday at almost 2:00. The drive thru was packed, but it was Zaxby's or bust, so I got in line and settled in to wait..... but there was no wait. I was 6 cars back from the speaker when I got there, and I had food for 3 in under 3 minutes. Unreal. Even better, everything was perfectly hot and fresh, and I'm super impressed with this store. Great service, all around.

I love this Zaxby's! They have always been very friendly. Our food is always fresh and hot food is served hot, and cold food is always cold. They have never, in all the years we have been eating there, messed up our order. The restaurant and bathrooms have always been very clean. With CO-VID 19 they have made sure to wash the tables and booths with cleaner after each customer. They offer highchairs and booster seats for children. They also have a kids menu. Just a great restaurant.

I always enjoy coming or going through the drive thru here because the people are really nice and the food is great

I got there a few minutes before they opened for the day at 10:30 AM , they were so courteous and had my platter order ready in no time at all.

We stopped in here to grab a bite to eat on our way home (Ohio) from New Orleans. It was an excellent pick! The food was great... way better than KFC! All of the staff were so friendly. They really made us feel welcome! I wish it weren't so far away because we'd definitely be back!

Wings N Things!
First of all I pulled up to the window and could not find my wallet. It was lost in the dark hole under my seat. After freaking out unable to find it, I drive to the pick up window and the Gentleman told me not to worry about it that he will take care of me today. Tiffany also said to not worry after I was telling her I would come in and settle up once I found it. They again told me that all was good and have a great day...never had this happen before! The meal, was hot and fresh and probably the best wings/things I've had. Sweet and Spicy, but not only does this location have a nice location but the employees are top notch, very nice, professional, and much appreciated! Really made my day!

Dude i love this place. We don't have these where I live. We have canes. I love canes. The chicken is not quite as good as canes but the variety is great and the prices were even better

This place is awesome best chicken fingers I've had in town. Love their snack packs and would get them every time I go.

LOVE LOVE LOVE 😍 Zaxbys. Loved working there and still love eating there. I will be so happy when the remodeling is done on the Olive St. Location is done. It's going to be bigger and better than it was before. Both stores are in a great location. Hwy 157 and Olive St. Right next to Wal Mart. I think what is really funny is when the employees explain why they are doing the stuff they do,so funny that I don't the heart to tell them. I am an ex GM.
