I drive and extra ten minutes out if my way to come to this store because this one always exceeds My expectations and tonight I was reminded again exactly why. I had an issue with my order and it ended up not even being their fault it fell back on door dash. But their willingness to fix my issue and the professionalism of their staff and management was as good as it gets. I will continue to drive out of my way to visit this store. They knocked it out if the park tonight!

Went through at lunch today 12/15. Can’t believe how nice and polite Elizabeth was. And the food was virtually no wait. It’s like what people imagine fast food should/could be.

I come here often for work (doordash) and they're never rude and short with me like the hwy 31 taco bell and most other restaurants I deliver for. They're all very kind and the ones i deal with at night all know how to do their jobs. The manager is cute af so that helps.

I just love the new menu. The steak grilled cheese burrito is a must have.

I'm 75 years old and went here last night and the heat had got to me. A cute little blonde girl and a nice guy went and got wet cool towels and help cool me down. I will definitely go back.

First time getting food from this Taco Bell. The drive through service was fairly quick and the food modifications were all correct and well prepared. Everything tasted great. Can't really ask for anything more.

Went thru the drive thru it was pretty reasonable not really slow tonight. Food was good but the reason for this review is mainly the young guy working at the window he was friendly talked with respect didnt seem like he was just ready to just go home he was kind an took his time to make sure that we had everything we needed but still did his job at a reasonable pace. After a long day of working in the heat an heading home at 10pm He made my night that much better an not only did i notice so did my kids. Great job

This is for the TB in Athens, AL on Jefferson St. This TB is by far the best TB I have EVER been to. The drive thru can be wrapped around the building and you will still get your food in under 10 minutes. The staff here is always super nice (even at 1am) and the food is always great. I dunno what it is about this TB but they rock it every single time. I usually visit in the evening about once or twice a week. No other TB is like this, its like they're an anomaly or something. Going to any other TB is like a huge letdown. Kudos to the staff!

People either love or hate Taco Bell! Luckily for me, I love it! Hands down, my favorites fast food place! This particular Taco Bell is well managed with friendly staff and decent hours! Will definitely be visiting again!

I had originally gone to Captain D's. While in line at the drive thru, they literally closed up shop. So I decided to go to Taco Bell on Hwy 157. I am glad I did. The drive thru line went fast. The employees were very efficient and kind. The food tasted absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be back.

They were fast, super friendly, and the best part is, they actually made our order correctly!! I don't know what this location is doing differently from other Taco Bells and restaurants, but keep it up, please! I don't typically eat out a lot, but next time I went Taco Bell, I'll definitely make the drive to go back to this location!!

Stays open until 2am, pretty quick drive thru, no complaints.

I normally hate Taco Bell, but this one is actually really good! The food is great and so is the staff. If you're looking for something fast/good to eat then I suggest stopping by. The number 3 combo is what I ordered and even though it was just tacos, it was delicious! Will be back again!

Y’all never let me down!! Today I had a grande stacker box and it was loaded like it’s supposed to be! Thank you!! I ordered the same thing from the Madison store (Hwy 20) and got the saddest looking stacker with a thin layer of cheese and a sprinkling of meat.

Love taco bell. They had our order ready by the time we got around the windoow to pay. Very friendly, and eveything we ordered was perfect. 🥰🥰🥰💖

It was SUPER busy, and they still managed to get my order out in less than 5 minuets after ordering! Clean, friendly staff, and the cinnamints aren't bad either. WORTH ALL 5 STARS!
