I have to personally thank the owner and the workers for the best Dunkin Donuts service I've ever had in my entire life. Not only do they have the best service they make the coffee perfect. I don't think I've ever used that word perfect to describe a franchise before. The only bad thing here is that they have a line but in their defense there's a line for a reason. Trust me it's worth the wait. Once again thank you for always making my weekends start off on the right foot.

Coffee is good. Service great! And I was happy that they let me use the bathroom. Since we still in quarantine time, and my home is not to close from here, that was a privilege.

I'm pretty pleased with the experience here. Everything is very clean and the service is awesome. The staff is so friendly and ready to help. I recommend the apple fritters!!! So good! Even the parking lot was clean!!! A+++ to this Dunkin!!!

For 11 cents after tax thanks to an awarded $5 giftcard the Butter Pecan Ice Cream Milkshake with Whip Cream on top was amazing. The blender has been improved so all the pecans are properly ground for easy consumption through a straw. This location awesomely has Baskin Robbins built in. Now they just have to bring back plant based breakfast sandwiches. 👍

This is really the best Dunkin Donuts I actually had the Baskin-Robbins ice cream and it was really good. I also had a cookie which is a little bit past its prime. The service was fine parking was good and the place is mostly clean.

The place is very clean and the service is nice and quick when it's not busy. I'm giving 5 stars because out of all the Dunkin's I've been to this is by far the best.

I’ve probably been to every Dunkin in the New York metro area. This one is in Union and like the others it’s basically the same. This one was kind of crowded but my order was ready fast considering. It was evening and they still had a nice supply of donuts left. That’s a definite plus. It’s still just a Dunkin at the end of the day though lol.#sankofatafari #kingofcoffeenyc

I've been coming here most of my life since I live in Union this was the original Dunkin Donuts before they open the other one near the bus station in Union Center. Must say the staff is always been there professional and it's the same staff for a long time so there are familiar faces that I've seen me grow from 18 to 35 and this place is just one of the better Dunkin Donuts I've been to. A big shout out so the employees that are still there and to Ed who now manages his own store.

It's good to see that this place was able to provide people with long-term employment and support families and maintain such a high level of efficiency if there is a line you're usually in and out quickly only thing is now I do not like the app because I used to always put change in their jar and now that I use the app there's no option to tip and I usually don't have change on me on occasion I'll throw a dollar in or two but I feel like the employees used to make a lot more when the app wasn't there they should give you an option to round up for a tip so that at least at the end of the shift they're making what they used to make prior to the app being released. Just my opinion but what's Dunkin Donuts really care it's a corporation franchise that cares about their bottom line more than they really care about a tip jar.

One of the best Dunkins around, I go after midnight and the staff is especially helpful willing to customize ice cream and smoothies
