They were so kind and helpful with my project that I can’t thank them enough!! I had tried Staples beforehand and they were less than eager to help. I brought my concerns to Newtown, had a solution within 10 minutes, and the finished product within 15 minutes!!

They were super helpful in having a couple things notarized for me and then also had everything needed to ship it for me. They were able to break down the cost and the timing for my delivery. I also found out I can take my Amazon returns for them to send back as well instead of having to run further into town and take them to the specific shipping stores. 10/10 will definitely be returning for any of my shipping or printing needs.

These guys deserve more than five stars for putting up with a difficult project on my end. I had to send a package for work, and the recipient was sporadically responsive in an unhelpful manner. Newtown Print and Mail didn't just offer the best prices of all the shipping companies in the area, but were literally willing to be on standby for about a year before things finally fell into place. No business should have to show that level of courtesy and flexibility, but they did.

Super friendly and helpful staff! The gentleman took his time explaining the different boxes to me and showing me the sizes - I was very grateful for his patience. They definitely have a new customer in me and my bow business.

I'm visiting and wanted to try some local hiking trails. I contacted Ms. Joy and asked her what best practices were with printing larger items. She assisted me, beginning to end with printing my topographic map. The fine details she was able to transfer from my file to paper are exactly what I needed. I couldn't be happier with the result!

Edit: I visited a second time to have a Nat'l Park, permit and parking pass printed. Again, Ms. Joy and staff took very good care of me! I recommended their printing/prints to all my friends and family. Thank you Newtown Print & Mail!

They are excellent. I called about having sidewalk signs printed and was told about a new product that could be printed and applied to my corregated cardboard signs and then removed at a later time and replaced. It would save me money. I sent her the file to print and realized several hours later that I had something wrong on the file. She was able to print a cover-up and save me more money. I really appreciated her doing that. Then when I got there to pick up the signs, I asked her to do the same thing for the other 2 signs. Saved me more. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend you using these folks for any printing!

I went in to return equipment for work- Long story short, I ended up having to keep some of the equipment, But, Mark was fantastic and helped me any way he could. He even helped me to my car to load my equipment back up! They will be getting my service from here on out!! Thanks again!!!

I was bringing work business to this establishment very frequently. I chose for the convenience and developed rapport with owners. I was telling everyone to go there. The last couple times I’ve gone I have been met with a chill… I have found another inconvenient location but life to short to be met with whatever the negative vibe is😞 #disappointedpatron
