Wendy's

I arrived right before lunch started on a work trip from VA. The elderly lady was really sweet and I could tell she was a “people’s person”. She was very patient, listened to my order, and made sure my order arrived the way I requested. The cookies 🍪 were good too!

The dude at the counter Adrian was 5 star. He brought me a hot burger and fries. Unfortunately I think the AC is out but 5 stars on the food

Came in for a to go order and Athena helped me. He was very polite and patient with me while I decided as to what I want. Confirmed my order before I paid and thanked me upon leaving. My only suggestion is to use a different or clean mop head when mopping. You have the dirty mop head, mildew smell thru out the restaurant. Very sickening.

Wife wanted to try new orange dreamscicle Frosty. Loved it and her usual son of a baconator. Service seemed slow for a before lunch period.

Workers here are always moving fast and jamming. Plus the new spices mcnuggys are super hot and good!

Went through the drive thru on 9/29/23 at 7:13pm and the woman on the intercom professionally greeted me and took my order. This was the most pleasant voice I ever heard from any drive thru Service. She was not or did not seen in a rush and kindly took my order. As I pulled to the window and looked at her name tag…I had to complement TASHA and told her the l this was the best service I’ve ever had any drive-thru. Thank you again ma’am for your great customer service!!!! You made my night because great service is hard to come by. So I hope they appreciate your kindness and hard work!!!

Johnathan is the best thing about this place. His customer service is amazing. Too good to be in fast food. Always attentive, my order is always right, he even apologizes constantly for any mistakes the kitchen makes. The food is mediocre. But he needs a damn raise or promotion or both. Keep up the good work, but take your customer service somewhere you’ll be appreciated by customers and the brand you represent 😊👍

I stopped in for lunch... Had the big bacon classic combo. Food was hot, fresh and the fries were nice and crisp!!! Staff was very polite, and ensured I was satisfied with my meal... Great location!!!

I have ordered from this location for years and the staff are cool and will work with you. I ordered on the app and for some reason when I got to the restaurant the computer said I hadn’t payed. The manager was kind and helped me out by overriding the system. Great service and fresh food!

Last night I went thru the drive thru and all I can say is the customer service was excellent! Randy and nick made my visit very well worth it. My food was fresh and very well prepared. They were both very friendly and made this transaction very smooth. I highly recommended this location.

I just came quick stop 9:00 pm one of the guys open the door since I guess he was cleaning the drive thru and Carolyn take our order super polite and helpful since it was our first time one a Wendy's here on SA before we leave we as for something else from the value menu and since me and my wife still at the dinning seat it that by the way super clean and neat she came with our second order to our table and pick up the old tray like if we where on one of those fancy rest. On downtown. Overall great service.

It really been great lately! I get the Southwest avocado chicken salad and you can make adjustments and they do.
It's a good salad for a good price and the people are very nice!

Chicken cobb salad was really tasty.

First, it's Wendy's not Ruth's Chris or Morton's. One of the better Wendy's we've been to. Staff are usually very nice, occasionally forget and leave cheese on my wife's burger but no complaint otherwise. Better burgers than McD for certain.

Fast service, polite friendly staff, clean restaurant, BAKED POTATO! none of the other schmucks around offer baked potatoes with sour cream! The baconator is delicious and never frozen meat makes a difference. Now if they just flame broiled em then this might be heaven.
