Sonic Drive-In

I had a great time my experience with my family was a delight. They only had one carhop Ms. Ruby you were so courteous and had such an amazing smile. Thank you for making my family feel so welcomed. I will return and I highly recommend for a hot quick and delicious delight.

The food is nice if you can stand homeless people and other people walking around you if you eat outside other than that the food is good good customer service. They need people this location is good but they are desperate need for workers.

Super friendly staff and fast service. Went through drive-thru last possible minute and they were kind, courteous, and my order was accurate and so tasty. Didn't catch any names, but they were great. Highly recommend!

10/25/23 2pm My husband and I parked and rang for service and our order was taken quickly. We knew what we wanted when we pulled in, so that wasn't a problem. The young man who delivered our order was quick and the order was complete. Way too much food for me to finish there, but too good not to finish later! My burger and tots really hit the spot. Both were hot and fresh! We'll be back.

It’s Christmas Day 2023 and the manager Sergio and his tiny skeleton crew ARE THE BEST EVER they were cars backed in the drive thru but they still performed EXCELLENT service and friendly positive energy the entire crew had smiles on faces even though they were slammed the food was still exceptional! Thank you Sonic for choosing the right people to represent you! Happy Holidays I love this sonic!!!

There were limited workers, possibly 1-2 workers. they were on top of all orders and gave excellent service!

As we were waiting for our ice cream cones to be delivered, an employee that was walking out for their break, which turned out to be one of the managers, noticed our dog and offered us a pup cup. Our dog is a service dog and most people are very hesitant to even speak to us much less approach us so this was a very pleasant and kind gesture on the manager's behalf. The employee that delivered our ice cream cones signaled me that he would be bringing us our order shortly and when he did he was friendly and informed us of the next days specials and encouraged us to return. I have to say that the level of customers service at this Sonic is what customer service use to be and should be. We will drive across town(20 miles) to this Sonic just for an ice cream cone which by the way was tastier than any of the other Sonic's that we've been to all over the US.

After reading all the negative reviews I’m wondering if they have a new manager because we’ve been 3 times and have had a great experience every time. We get hot, delicious food with very friendly, fast and courteous service. Keep up the great work!!

Great service and crew thanks to Chad the shift leader I guess u call him I ordered on line paid and everything to realize I messed up my own order and he refunded my money fixed my order and said to not even worry about it. that sometimes technology is confusing and he messes up sometimes as well. Very understanding to my idiocy

Mmmmm chocolate Oreo shake might be a new favorite for me, tasted very balanced compared to the cheesecake shakes I usually get, which are sometimes a little too all over the place flavour-wise for me to finish in one sitting. (Still very good though) Staff was so nice, food came out piping hot! Only downside choosing sonic was having to fend off my ravenous friends from stealing my mozzarella sticks!

Only stopped in for a cold lemon berry slush. It came pretty quick and the lady who brought it was serving with a smile. Parking lot looked clean and I didn't note anything to out of place.

Probably one of the best sonic restaurants i have been to in a long time. I went during the night at 9pm, some really nice ladies took my order. Food came out great, drinks as well.

There's a definite difference at this sonic now. The workers are EXTRA kind and service is quicker now. Tater tots were almost hot.

Omg, I haven't had Sonic in while because the last time they disappointed me. I ordered my usual and was asking for my favorite drink that many don't really know what I'm talking about and they did here!!! I was so happy and really enjoyed my meal!!

Went super last minute to order (sorry) and they still gave us fresh food. The manager Dee was super nice and gave us coupon books cause she felt they took a while, which I felt they were on time. Thank you Dee for treating us right <3 much appreciated

I usually don't like Sonic but I stopped for a quick snack while in a hurry. They were fast and friendly. The food has improved a great deal. Hot, fresh and yummy.

We got a chili cheese dog and tater tots. The customer service was really good. She smiled and was friendly. That really goes a long way. The food at sonic is always consistent. We will go back for that chili cheese coney. Thank you Sonic 😊

When I wanna feel gross for 5 hours but want some seriously tasteful fried fare on top of it I look no further than this American car hop-styled eatery. Route 44 cherry limeade is a godsend.

Theres a bus stop right in front. I only had 10 mins for my bus. So i went to walk up. Ordered a cherry limeade and chili cheese coney. I got it quickly and the hot dog was perfect. Very good service.
