Whataburger

My child was having a hard time with her chronic illness last night and really thought a Sprite would make her feel better. I tried to use my app rewards but something was glitchy. The man working the drive through was so kind to me when I was worried about my child and wanting to get her some small comfort. We never know what someone is going through or how important a Sprite seems to them. I can't remember his name, but he was so kind. Thank you for making our difficult night a little better.

I’ve been holding off on making this review due to the fact that I’m not gonna just try the food once and say omg this food is so good. But consistently ever time I go to this whataburger no matter the time of day morning mid day or night it’s always so good fries or onion rings are fresh sans burgers are made perfectly. And they never leave anything out of the bag. Like I said ever time I come here the food is always past my expectations I’ve been to many whataburger around San Antonio east side west side north side downtown and surrounding areas but like I said this is the best one I’ve been to. And I know for the fact the night manager or shift leader not to sure what his name is but he a big tall white guy he knows how to manage!! Definitely would recommend this whataburger over and over!

Drive thru was quick, food was hot and fresh. I'm surprised the worker could hear me, because there were a group of men mowing the lawn right by the speaker. I could rarely hear, but everything was correct.

Man o man …. Everything on the menu is just scrumptious, you just can’t go wrong… especially for late night 24/7 munchie attack!!

Morgan was a helpful and great employee. He is a valuable employee. I hope your management team offers this young man a raise and/ or a promotion within your company.

I know I make special requests, but they’re not that difficult. Unfortunately they never get it right. But the burgers are delicious no matter how you get them. The people are very friendly. And Service sometimes can be a little slow. But then again, I never go to Whataburger when I’m in a hurry, so it doesn’t really matter.

Great burger and service. Had to go to this Whataburger though on Austin Highway because no one would take our order at the Windcrest location.

It is how I remembered it to be. Burger with lots of mustard. Dr Pepper shake was new and legendary. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Loved their Chorizo and Egg Burrito! Better Than McDonald's Anyday. 😊

Ended up being a regular at this location due to how well I was being treated by the staff even when there was odd hours in the day I would show up so, 100% on politeness and care for the food.

The reasons this has become my favorite Whataburger restuarant. It's always clean ,all the workers stay busy and as shocking as it may sound ..None have their phones glued to their ears as they work ...the food is always fresh and the employees are helpful and always polite... the best Whataburger in town .

I don’t normally eat fast food..and if I do, I definitely do not dine in! So I was kinda expecting the worst when I stopped into my neighborhood Whataburger (blame it on my implicit bias). My expectations were exceeded beyond belief, y’all! I was immediately greeted upon my entrance, my food came out super quick (to my table with choice of ketchup…what!?!?!), and my burg was just as ordered. So far so good, right? Someone came to my table to check on me…noticed that I didn’t have a beverage..and brought me an ice water. Another person came to check on me to make sure that everything was good. Look. I’ll admit that I have had bad experiences in fast food dining rooms, so my expectations were super low…but the service here was amazing and I totally appreciated it.

Friendly. Did not wait long for my sandwich and fries. Fries were hot and it's hard to resist their hot fries. Food delivered with a smile and a reminder for ketchup. Thanks! Fries taste best hot and with ketchup.

Fast, friendly and the food is great. I'm a huge fan of the spicey ketchup too. I highly recommend to anyone looking for burgers, fries and shakes. The fact they are open 24 hours for anyone working late or even traveling is perfect.
