Biggby Coffee

For an American coffee joint, they nailed it! Being Canadian, this is the best coffee I have found in Michigan! Alot of diners have decent coffee to have with breakfast, but nothing walk-in, walk-out compares to Biggby's! They have a wonderfull medium and dark brew, they have a range of lattes that will blow your mind! They have cold coffee if its your fancy. And they have a range of sandwich options for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Staff is friendly and know how to make a great coffee! I like how they use shot glasses for like espresso shots and milk. Cool place, cool coffee! Peace, Love & Music! ✌

After a bad incident on my Birthday the girls and the manager were exceptionally great. Definitely a place to get some coffee or a latte. They actually know how to make a correct latte. Manager was very pleasing to speak with along with the women working while I waited. Everyone agreed that Bigby is all about customer service done the right way. Today that was shown greatly. Thanks again.

I had never heard of this place until going to Michigan. We didn’t get coffee, but we got these coffee cake muffins which were so so good. They had cream cheese or something inside which was a surprise but i liked them. A little dry but i’m sure it would have been balanced with a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend! they had lemon flavor which looked really good too.

What a pleasant drive thru experience. That lady at the window was pure morning magic.

I didn’t mean to become a regular but whoops! Love this place though, the staff is amazing and certainly not paid enough. Love the atmosphere and the coffee recommendations are always great. Thanks Biggby folks!!!

As us Americans know Bbgbby coffee shop as a chain, Ive noticed such a small town vibe! So personable and good to costumers The manager Tara who gave me the grace of playing music in the shop, takes alot of pride in her job and cares for her team. !! Good food,great coffee.

The morning staff and Manager(I’d name drop if I found it appropriate) are incredibly sweet! The drive thru is very busy in the mornings for a reason so bear with it, they’re only human. I come here all the time with my sister. We ALWAYS go through the drive thru because we have a busy schedule. We go 5 days a week. Unfortunately last week we went and they messed up on our order three days in a row. 3. Our order was very clear :insert flavor: ICED LATE W/ WHIP they always get the flavor right but the most stressful mistake was giving us two hot Lates. I still love this place. The coffee is amazing but please, it's $7 a cup please take the time to read the order properly 🙏💖

I needed a place to hang out while my pet was undergoing surgery, I'm from across the river, I explained to them I was going to be hanging out for a bit as I had no where else to go - the ladies were super nice about it and totally understood the situation.

..not to mention the latte and bagel I got was dynamite! But the service was exceptional!!

Customer service at drive through needs work. Always get attitude over the speaker and at the window, this is my favorite place tho cant live without the bigby blasts.

Stopped in to get a warm drink and use their wifi and enjoyed a tea latte with honey and cinnamon in it. The atmosphere was comfortable and since it was fairly late in the evening, it was empty besides us. The drink was good, the wifi worked, and it was quiet. Not much more you can ask for from a coffee shop.

Stopped for a coffee on my way out of town and was surprised when she said the coffee was free. The customer ahead had paid for me, so I paid it forward to the customer behind. They have a great variety of beverages!

Stopped in for morning coffee got a Red Bull brain freeze. The lady that helped me was very friendly and accommodating. If your in the area check it out.

Since I cant add another review I will edit my one from last year! I cant say enough about your staff and drinks. My family goes about once a week (at least) and I get tired of the order board. Your baristas are so awesome at making new recommendations. This morning we decided a redeye with 3 cream and some rasleberey chocolate. Holy cow mind blown!!! Lol one day I had a sore throat the girl recommended a peppermint tea with some vanilla. I truley cant tell you how much I love the staff. They dont rush you, always pleasant and so helpful. Thank you so much again!!!

I love getting the Bogo coupons in the mail and going and getting the strawberry/banana freeze. Made with real fruit and red bull to put a pep in you're step for the day!

A great coffee shop, with great staff! I also really enjoyed that they had multiple non-dairy milk options.
