Occasions At Stone River

We had our wedding at Occasions at Stone River on 10/27 of this year. I am so thankful for the Occasions staff. Especially Jennifer! I called her so many times before the wedding and she was incredibly helpful talking me through everything and answering all of my questions. It started raining right when the ceremony was supposed to begin and some of our guests were having trouble getting there on time. They were very flexible and gave me the option of delaying the start time by 15 minutes which worked out really well.

All of the staff was very easy to work with and checked in with us several times leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was prepared the way we wanted it. I really appreciate their flexibility throughout the entire wedding planning process. It’s very clear that their main goal is to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams!

This venue and their services are perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful, well run, and personalized wedding that isn’t going to break the bank!

My son got married here. Jennifer (think I got the name right) the wedding coordinator is so sweet and patient. My son and new daughter-in-law was very pleased. The wedding coordinator made everything so wonderful. The food was really good.

We had our wedding here last weekend it was absolutely gorgeous! They are all inclusive we used their photography & videographer, dj, officiant, cake recommendation, bar tender and officer, wait staff & caterer. Jen did a amazing job as the wedding coordinator without her we would've been so lost but she has been so helpful and nice through the whole process! We would recommend that you check them out if your getting ready to plan your wedding. They made it so stress free for us!

I highly recommend this venue! Jennifer helped me plan and execute exactly the celebration that I had in mind! I’d do it all again in a heartbeat. It was as stress free as it could be; I love the all-inclusive aspect of it. The swans were a great touch! Many happy memories were made. Thank you so much, Jennifer!

This was my first time coming here and we came for dinner and a live show. Dinner was really good with lots to choose from for the main course and way more than any one person could eat for dessert. The drinks are great and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We came for the live show and the stage for the show was right in the middle of where we were dining. It was a 1800s whodunnit murder mystery. And although the actors downplay their skill and the jokes they tell it was probably one of the best live shows I've seen in 50 years. Simple but super entertaining and just plain fun without anyone taking themselves too seriously. I'm not sure when they are here so you'll have to call ahead the find out when they'll be preforming.

Our wedding day was the most beautiful and unforgettable life memory we will ever have. This venue is STRONGLY recommended! Mr. Jonny does such an amazing job along with his team. So many options and flexibility for all budgets. Our wedding day was my dream come true.

This was the most perfect setting for our Celebration of Life Ceremony to honor my mom's memory. Their garden features all the things my mom loved: gazebo, live swans, pond, bridge, weeping willow, beautiful potted flowers. And the catering was great!! Can't say enough good things.

I really enjoyed my occasion here. And the waitstaff was very good.

This was hands down the best wedding I've been to! All of the staff were the best! This is a beautiful venue, from the brides ready rooms to the reception area. There is a small pond with swans swimming peacefully and seating to view them from. The food at the reception was great. I would highly recommend Occasions at Stone River for you next celebration.

Beautiful place for special occasion as wedding. Kinda hidden on the back roads of Bells, TX, but that's what's most appealing.

Very nice and simplistic venue. Loved the outdoor seating and the Schwanns in the pond were beautiful.

We used Occasions to cater our wedding at a different venue. They were great to work with and were very responsive. The food was fantastic and plentiful. They were very accommodating with providing alternative options for our guests with dietary restrictions.

I had my wedding here and this place was everything and some. When I met the owner Johnny and he gave my husband and I a tour we knew that day that this was the place we would have our wedding. I am forever grateful for everyone that helped in the making of my dream wedding from our wonderful coordinator Jenn to the DJ Micah and our photographer Suad. And the food was amazing. Great place to hold a luncheon. AV on-site and good food. Royse City Chamber had an awesome lunch here and it went great.

We had a lot go wrong for our wedding day until we got to the venue. The team was so helpful and flexible and made the whole ceremony and reception a breeze. 10/10 would go to them again for an event. Very affordable, very fun, and such sweet team members.

Our wedding at Occasions was absolutely perfect! Angela was so sweet and extremely helpful every time I spoke to her! She handled all of the day of planning amazingly and I had no stress or worries about getting things done! The DJ, Peter was outstanding! He made the reception go by so smoothly and was very organized. His phone interview you do with him was so helpful and helped calm us down and prepare us for the big day! This venue is TOP NOTCH and everyone associated with it is professional and awesome! The food was amazing and we got so many compliments from our guests about everything! I highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My wedding was definitely one of the best days of my life, I am so thankful that I didn't have to worry about all the little details but it looked like I did. As someone who does crafts and lots of DYI projects my family's expectations were high and they were not disappointed and neither was I. My officiant was great he even did our premarital counseling, they really are ALL INCLUSIVE. The pictures don't do the venue justice and so many options to personalize for any couple, and the food was amazing not just basic wedding food. It was great that my friends and family that couldn't make it could watch on Facebook. Then we got to dance the night away. Wonderful and attentive staff from the time we started planning until we got our pictures and video after the honeymoon.
