I got the best service from Gary at cricket. I had to switch carriers. He contacted them. Took care of all the hassle for me. He was patient and kind. He helped me set up my new Moto g stylus. I absolutely love my service with cricket and new phone.

I think it should be 10 stars. Amazing service, customer satisfaction as well. I remember when I went to activate my phone, Anna went over the step by step process. She was very helpful through the whole thing. And the owner also helped out as well. They care about their customers and treat them like family.

The Sharon cricket store is the only one I will go to, because they are the best! I've used Cricket's service for many many years now and it is always a pleasant experience anytime I need to go into the Cricket store. They really go out of their way to provide good customer service. I needed a new phone ASAP and the particular one I was looking for was out of stock. They contacted all the local stores and in less then an hour I had the exact phone I was seeking. I just had to drive 20min, but to me that was well worth the effort..

When i go in and make a payment they are always friendly and i make my payment it always goes on my account and if i want a receipt all i have to do is ask them. If i need help with anything they will help me with whatever i need help with and they always have low prices.
