My wife and I went in to apply for a passport and Milissa was great. Fully explained everything, did our photos, we signed and paid - all done in under half an hour. She even told us what to expect in the three mailings we’ll each receive and approximately when they’ll come.

I go here often and the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. I've been to many locations in Louisville and encountered rude and unhelpful staff over the past 5 years. Even though I have experienced mail delivery delays lately I do understand the front clerks are not responsible for deliveries. Thank you all for always being helpful and kind

After weeks of sporadic, once a week delivery I would like to thank the mailman who has been delivering my route this week. He has had to use a flashlight/headlamp just to see and he even delivered yesterday in 2" of snow and frigid temps. Thank you whoever you may be. It is appreciated and has not gone unnoticed.

I mail from this USPS regularly and the staff are efficient and friendly. I'm thankful to have a PO so convenient to where I work.
