Mad smoke and vape

All staff have consistently been wonderful for years, great hours, great deals, great expertise, outstanding service, and the Asian junk food is pretty good too, probably is the only place in town to get some of it.

Absolutely love Mad Smoke and vape. The owners are amazing people. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The Pixie Dust was amazing.

First visit to Mad Smoke & Vape! Will be back! Every friendly service, lots of products & many selections if different items to choose from! I got a delta type of vape. Camel piss. Its was actually very good flavor it was $55

The store is in a very accessible part of Madison and is always in tip-top shape. The artwork is really cool all around the store and it's easy to tell they take pride in keeping the store clean. Viviana is always super nice and helpful and would have no problem answering any questions you might have.

McKenzie is great! Her customer service goes above and beyond. She is always so helpful and informative. She keeps me coming to this place. Also very neat and clean!

Came in yesterday and talked to Mackenzie! She is super informative. Literally answered all of the questions I had. Knew just what I needed. Next time I’m back in, I’ll be asking for her. Quite pleased with my experience.

Mohammad was great and I absolutely love his shop aesthetic! It’s so whimsical and fun.💗The location is convenient to where I live and work & the hours of operation are perfect. If I could give more stars I would. 200000/10. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and if you ask a question they can’t answer they will get you an answer before you leave. Always shop here. They WILL take care of you. I won’t go anywhere else.

This shop has a great selection! Special shout-out to Ryan who helped me out and was more than knowledgeable to inform me on different products and even give personal recommendations of products that he has tried and loved! My one and only smoke shop I like to visit while in HSV/Madison!

They have a great selection. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. They are friendly and very helpful. No matter your experience level they make you feel welcome.
