If you are in the area and need your car serviced this is the place! We were on the road from North Carolina to see my dad for his birthday when my car's alternator failed. They knew we were due to travel home and fit us in during a busy holiday week so that we wouldn't be stranded. When the part was slow to be delivered (not the shop's fault at all) they called to try and speed things up and got it done just in time. Finally, they have a friendly staff and they do honest work at this shop. You won't be taken for a ride but they will fix you ride and get you up and running. Thank you for your help Lovettsville B.P., you saved us a big headache at home.

The staff is very professional, polite and nice and I was recommended to them by several people in Maryland and Virginia and so far, Jessie has been great to work with and is extremely professional and makes sure you understand every step along the way. I look forward to getting my truck back and using them for now on for all my work.

The staff and mechanics have always been helpful, honest, and up-front with me and my family. I tend to drive older cars, and have a long commute, so I depend o n my vehicles a lot. They have always worked with me, and done what they could to accommodate me and my schedule, as much as possible. They are my trusted, go-to mechanics.

The 1-star reviewer must have come at a really bad time. Laurie always works the front desk with grace and efficiency. Bruce and his team of mechanics keep my cars and truck running well. They even find ways to repair odd problems that saves me money. I'm grateful for this business being in our neighborhood. Love to you all!

I've been going to this auto repair station for over 30 years. I trust them. They don't overcharge, they get the work done on time and as promised. The are just too many repair shops that do a "courtesy inspection " and the next thing you find is they are recommending $1000 in repairs. This place is not like that. Friendly, skilled mechanics. I like that.

I have always had good experiences with NAPA places. They seem to mostly have honest, hard-working people and work with you on costs. This place was no different. I will update as I continue bringing my vehicles there.

I've been going here for 11 years. I consider BP Auto something of a unicorn. It almost always costs me less to get work done here then I thought it would cost. True story, a few years ago, one of my cars broke down and I called AAA to take my car to BP Auto. When the driver asked me where to go, and I told him BP, he literally spend the drive telling me what I already knew - what a great place this is. If you want to find a good garage where you trust the people who work there to do a good job at a fair piece, this is the place.

Honest and reliable mechanic. They fixed an engine misfire issue that a dealership said couldn't be fixed and I needed a whole engine replacement.
