While I was informed that the service that was needed on my car was way more then I figured. They were very professional and explained everything that was required. No body likes bad news, but they made it palatable.

My 1998 Chevrolet Malibu unfortunately had its throttle cable snapped when taking it for an oil change at a Jiffy Lube. I ended up towing it to two different places and was told they could not find parts to fix her.

I finally towed it over to West End Motors and they completely fixed her up! I have not taken my car anywhere else ever since, and they have been more than happy to help me out with any questions or issues with the car! They are also fairly priced and great with communication!

I had a regular slow leak in the rear tire of my F-350. For a reasonable charge West end repaired it with a new valve. No more leak 🙂

Mark was quite flexible in getting my car in the same day for inspection and emissions, and had a couple of tiny parts on hand that needed replacing to pass.
