Long story short, I was out with my daughter and husband. We ended up with an unexpected flat tire and thought we'd have to ride on a donut tire for a long time. But we contacted fire stone and they said they could give us a tire that day but that it would be a 3 hour wait. Which would of been no problem. But we arrived and within one hour they had us out the door. And the worker was very nice that helped us. I was so happy they were there. I highly recommend this location

We discovered a flat tire on our trip back to Cincinnati. Your shop was open and the gentlemen working were as nice and helpful as can be. Tom went above and beyond to make sure we could get back on the road safely. My husband and I have both lost our fathers. Today is Father's Day and we felt Tom was an angel to our family sent from Heaven to keep the 9 of us traveling home.

Friendly staff, they make you feel welcome, answers any question or concerns! Tells you what is needed for your vehicle before doing any work, my agent wavRaShun he was awesome! I give him a 10 hands down!!

This was the greatest visit to Firestone. The gentleman that helped was very nice and I believe the other guy was named Lane. This is a great place to came if you need car repairs. Lane is very knowledgable.

We had an abrupt loss of tire pressure on I-65 N a few weeks ago after running over some road debris, we just made it to this Firestone on a Sunday in the late afternoon. The staff was courteous, efficient and able to locate our tire warranty info from an out of town store quickly. What could've been an expensive hassle became a minor delay on our family road trip thanks to the team at the Gardendale Firestone, thank you!

Firestone has been taking care of my Tacoma since it was my father's before he passed. Pop swore by Firestone and I now know why. Thanks for all you do. You can never go wrong with these fellas!

We were traveling to Mississippi when we experienced a rear brake failure. We were able to get in at 7am, and the guys were able to work on it right away, we were back on the road in just a couple of hours.

Wanna thank Mr. Randall taking time out of hes busy day to check my oil and tire pressure he is such a polite man he was very helpful and generous they should be more people in this world like him i can tell he takes pride in hes work he made sure that I didn't have any nails or anything in my tires not only did he check my oil he also checked all of my fluids as well and topped off my washer fluid he went byond and above thank you Mr. Randall I'll definitely will be coming back to this firestone

My family and I was traveling through on I-65 and had a tire go bad on the rear of my truck pulling our 41ft 5th wheel camper. We started calling around and got in touch with a gentleman at this store and they had our size in stock. Talked to him about our situation and they made it possible to get my tire replaced before they closed. If it was not for the friendly people that work there we would have been down for the night and lost basically a day of travel. Thanks for the great attitudes and help from all involved.

I called on a Friday morning to see about getting a brake job. They said to bring it in for an inspection, but they gave me a rough estimate over the phone to let me know what to expect. (It was in line with what an average brake job is supposed to cost.) After I brought it in, it took them about 15 minutes to tell me what work needed to be done. It was almost $60 below the rough estimate. Also, I was able to use an online coupon. (They always have deals going.) They said it would take about an hour and 45 minutes. It was ready in one hour. Even with them needing to replace a belt, it was still about $60 under the estimate...The staff was fast and friendly. John and Christa took care of me, and I highly recommend them... Plenty of places in walking distance to eat, shop, etc. if you need to wait...They inspected everything so I would know what I might want to take care of further down the road, but they emphasized what needed to be fixed today. This is auto repair work, at a reasonable price, that you can trust.

Went today to have my tire pressure sensors checked on my Ford Explorer. The service tech there was quick and verified all my tire sensors were working correctly. The tech didn't even charge me a service fee for checking. Good guys here.

Spencer McCoy was awesome to deal with all the way and the rest of the crew that helped me out today, they were honest and friendly and got it done as fast as possible even though I was a walk in with no appointment and they had a lot to do, waited a few hours but it was worth the wait! Let me know I had a nail in my tire since it was under a road hazard warranty I didn’t pay much to get it replaced 😁 will definitely be back for my further repairs!
