We were traveling out of town and decided to stop by after getting gas. Michelle and her customer service was awesome. The food as well as the customer was great

This morning my order was rather difficult but the team here got it right the first time and it was super fast and fresh. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

Always a great place to stop when you are in the area. Love this particular store more than most.

The staff are always respectful and super sweet. The atmosphere is clean and wholesome not allot of shenanigans of course which is awesome when young ones are running things in a restaurant at night lol b always a pleasure to eat here. Great job guys!

Under new management here and it's a definite improvement. Sam is taking care of customers and she's making sure you are happy with your visit. She went above and beyond and the food was awesome.

went in this morning around 9:20 to order me a steak biscuit with lettuce and tomato and mayo togo it’s been a pregnancy craving and the lady at the front was so sweet and the first person not to judge such a wierd order ! they were busy but she got me right out of there with a smile ! people were being so rude to her and i know with my temper i would of lashed out but she was respectful even though they weren’t respectful towards her ! Definitely a 10/10 experience! Good job Colette

I gave this location a 5 star simply because they are actually open at 5 am and sometimes before. Some of the other locations post that they open at 5 but you'd be lucky to get your food by 6. Good job by this team, and thank you for your promptness!

Food was good, the prices are reasonable, & staff were great. It seemed a few things had been going wrong this morning but the staff had great attitudes about it, and were super helpful about fixing any order mix ups. If I didn't live thousands of miles away I'd definitely return.

The only complaint I have is I was missing 2 big jack with extra onions and a chicken dinner..I was picking up for my friends familys funeral service.. how can i be compasated?

We eat here frequently as it's the closest fast food restaurant to our house. The service is always great, the food is made exactly as ordered, and quick; no matter the length of the line. This is my favorite Jack's in the Birmingham area.

Food and service was fine. My husband and I wish you would show fox news and the weather Channel. When speaking to the manager, we were told they wasn't allowed to change the channels. Very disappointed!

Great place to stop for food! There is a gas station next door and room to walk the dogs. The food was really good "in the car" food. Restrooms were clean and everyone was friendly. Real close to the highway and not a super busy area.

I went through the drive thru. My food came out hot and fresh, my drink was ice cold, and my order was correct. I spent 3 minutes total in the line, which moved very quickly. My bacon cheeseburger was excellent. Id recommend this Jack's location to anyone in the Gardendale area!

Good food, fairly cheap, clean bathrooms, nice staff. Fast food made fast. Good management. What more can you ask of a Jack's? Southern the menu that mimics the genre well. Please bring back Pork Chop Sandwich!!

To have everyone bash this Jack's blowns my mind. The staff are always friendly if anything is incorrect with our order it is immediately fixed no problems given, the restuarant is always clean as well as the restrooms. 9.5 out of 10 all day!

Jacks Mt Olive/Gardendale is always great. At this location, they pride themselves on friendly, personal service, and the food is always fresh. That's why the car line is always wrapped around the block, and sometimes impedes traffic.
