Love the fact that you can get Taco Bell and KFC in one building. Food was also super fast!

The staff working the evening of May 24 were wonderful! Helpful, fast, and engaged. We appreciated the cashier letting us know about spicy sauce on the quesadilla (since it was for kids) - thank you!

Only request would be for high chairs and changing tables in the restrooms.

The shift lead who usually works night shift here is incredible. He has really great customer service skills and is very helpful. I received the wrong order in drive thru (for the first time tonight) and he was quick to help me get the right order. I believe he personally remade my food, and I can tell it was made with love. I don’t remember your name, but I remember your service!

It's with a kfc and they were fast with my order and the orders after us.

The cleanest Taco Bell I have ever seen. This location is absolutely spotless, and it was brought to my attention that a specific associate is mostly responsible for it being that way.
I wish I had got their name to recognize the unbelievable work ethic.

Food was hot and came out quick! I tried to go in the building but the door was locked so I went through the drive thru. I asked if they were opening because my passenger needed to use the bathroom. They said to go to the door and they would let us in. That was very nice of them.

Stopped in for a late night bite. Food was made hot, fresh and hit the spot. Staff was polite and the store was clean.

We went for lunch her 2 days in a row, the dollar menu is AWESOME

Got to say that Scott working the late shift is great. He was very friendly and outgoing. Took the time to explain things when we had questions about a couple of different items. If I was an owner of a restaurant, he is the prime example of what I am looking for in an employee.

This is probably the best taco bell ive had in a long time. The bean burrito was not just beans soft and wrapped right. The soft tacos were perfect. I didnt have a orange hand from grease running off the meat. I wish i lived closer

Rochester Taco Bell has been under consistent management for quite some time (part assumption, part educated guess), and it shows. A very upbeat group of employees; fairly well-oiled machine, everyone knows their place/job. One gets served pretty quickly, and the order is right. Always a pleasure...

Never ever had a Bad meal here. Place is clean, the management has been here for over a decade , so somethings being done right. Employees always seem to care and actually do a wonderful job!

This Taco Bell has really cleaned up. The food was hit - fresh & the staff was friendly. The dining room was very clean.

There was a huge line when we pulled in but the drive thru staff that afternoon got us through very quickly and and I was very pleased to say that everything we ordered was exactly how we ordered it with some special accommodations on some of our food it was really nice to go to Taco Bell and know that everything we got was awesome

I occasionally visit this specific taco Bell location because of the relationship between my University and home. And this location has had the best service and the best quality supreme taco consistently. some great hardworkers!

This is hands down the best taco bell ever, employees look like they work well together. Manager put them in place in a good way. Theres so much here. My new favorite place👌👍👍
