They were fast with making the food. Person working the counter had a great attitude.

Music of different genres was playing the whole time. Very refreshing. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Food very good.

Just wanted to say Ashton is an asset to this restaurant. Great job on managements part of having them here! Place was clean and food was spot on. I tried to leave a review on kfc site but it didn’t work. Wanted to make sure someone knew how joyful Ashton made the place seem. And good job again on the kitchen. Great food

This location in Rochester In, was very good and also very clean. Even the restrooms were clean & tidy. The food was served fast, hot and tasty. With so many KFC's closing, we were very happy to find this one and enjoy a nice meal.

This is a very clean Taco Bell/KFC. The counter folks were polite and professional, the food was hot and tasted great.

Had a really hot and fresh spicy chicken sandwich. Personally I like lettuce on mine but forgot it only had pickles and the yummy spicy sauce. The drive thru lady was great and we laughed about the hot guy in front of me. lol thanks for a great sandwich

I drive a semi an they had there dining room closed for some reason but they let me order through the drive thru. Not to many places will do that. Thanks a lot KFC

Hats off to the team working right now 10/4/21 . The food tonight was awesome is there a better word for thier greatness oh yes this crew member tonight at 6:34 pm are the TITANS of kfc .
If that wasn't enough when I explained I was a trucker with my kid and didn't want to have to wait in a drive through line and the inside was closed .
They made it work ...

As a truck driver I deliver and pick up in all 48 states, in turn I do realize that I eat alot of fast food. Well,today I had the most enjoyable experience that I believe I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. From the front counter to the employees preparing my order ,this restaurant had the perfect crew. Even with the accidental mixup of a dinner side ,it was handled with extreme professionalism and courtesy. The store manager even ask another manager to bring me the dinner side that I ordered to my truck which by this point I had already made it back to the truckstop. I applaud every employee that was there tonight as well as the amazing management. Thank you for being so nice and helpful, as being a driver over the road ..we barely ever get to see this kind of treatment. Your actions have made my week and I will definitely be returning to this location for a meal if I p/u or deliver in the area. Ya'll have a great Labor Day Weekend !!!

They were awesome. She asked if we were traveling and told us to have safe travels. She made sure we were taken care of and asked if there was anything else she could help us with. Thank you!

This KFC was a gorgeous restaurant with amazing decor, the only downside was the understaffed issue, I believe there were only 4 workers total, food was still great.

Someone working helped me with my KFC app. Amazing service. Super great food. Very Clean dining room.

Always hot n fresh

Very friendly staff they were out of original but offered mean extra piece of extra crispy to make up for it so I didn't have to wait.

Never had the "K10", which is the popcorn chicken meal. It was amazing. Next time I'm just getting the chicken.

Been getting KFC here for years and most every time, it's usually been fantastic! Tonight was no different and extra fast service in the drive thru to boot!

Like the food and the service, one young lady always makes me feel at home, thank you so much 😘❤💞
