Gunny's Firearms and Indoor Range

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the patience and knowledge I have been shown the last few days. The passion this establishment has for making sure you are comfortable and safe with your firearms also taking time to stand next to you while you are working through being new to guns is next level. I am grateful for the approach this team has to not talk down to you but to lift you up and enlighten you. Misty and Jeff has been who I have been working with. I will definitely be a return customer.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Moved here over 6 years ago and told it was too expensive.... that was NOT TRUE!..... staff went above and beyond for me as I wanted to take my 20 yo before he turned 21 in few months. We will definitely be back and I'm a difficult customer to satisfy and they are THE BEST IN EAST TENNESSEE! I THANK ALL THE STAFF.

As a newer shooter, I have very much enjoyed my time here. You can rent a gun, and a lane, and the staff is knowledgeable. The staff give it a very local feel. You can also take classes, and sign up to get your carry permit. If you are new, let them know and they will take care of you.

Best gun shop I’ve ever been to. They’ve got great selection and great prices. Even if they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock they can get it for you. They’re also very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in here a day ago and the staff was very busy. They still took the time to initially greet themselves and were genuinely kind. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I felt welcomed. Great place to visit if you are in the market for anything Firearms.

A great place to shoot with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have also given me good prices on numerous purchases and trade-ins. Law enforcement discounts and gunsmiths on site.

This place was awesome, staff were super helpful and very pleasant. They even hooked me up for a waiting list for a firearm when other shops would not go out of their way to do the same. I will definitely be recommending to other people and be a returning customer in the future.

I love the highly knowledgeable and helpful staff, they were very friendly and eager to serve and to fulfill our needs when it comes to personal and home security. They have a fantastic selection of 'Robber Stoppers', in all shapes and sizes. You would definitely do good by stopping in to see these folks! Nice indoor range with 12 lanes and very well ventilated. Shoot all handgun calibers, 5.56 rifle, and slugs (no shot). Range fee does not come with a time limit. Eyes and ears are available at no extra charge.

Used the range today for the first time. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I used the range for pistol and had plenty of room for my range bag and supplies. They have staple guns for you to use for your targets. The target retrevival system was easy to use. I'll be back for sure!

Gunny's is a great place to go for your firearm needs. The staff is first class. They are very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away. Some other local gun shops didn't seem as receptive to lady customers. I will always take my business to Gunny's from now on.

THE PERFECT PLACE to go unload & unwind ! Knowledgeable staff . Small cozy maybe 12 lane place . And a great supply store too . Unique gifts to buy too.

Stopped in with some coworkers to get in some range time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be back.

The other day I stopped by Gunny’s to find a holster and sight in a red dot. The “Holster Queen”(as another young female employee referred to her) was very helpful in finding several holsters that would fit a firearm with optics. She even offered to make one for me if I was not satisfied with what was on the shelves. I ended up buying 2 different holsters. After being helped, they quickly got me on the range to sight in my red dot, seeing as to how I rushed over from work with an hour before the range closed. I just wanted to thank the 3 nice ladies(it was Ladies Night at Gunny’s) that helped me get all of that done with little time. Always a great gun shop and range!

Gunny's is the go to store for whatever you want and need! My husband and I love this place! Everyone here is awesome and they treat US sooooo good when we come in. We love them all but they know Jamie is our girl!
