I’m very pleased with my purchase and didn’t have to run owner down if I had questions.

I really wish I could leave a good review, the people were great and friendly, they stayed open later for us to come look at a car due to my husband's work schedule, it was very family oriented when we went. On the other hand I asked them about their negative reviews online and I was reasurred that's no one ever leaves a good review and I told them as long as everything worked out I would. Now here is why I have the negative review, we bought our buick enclave here we love the car was 3rd row seating and plenty of room for my kids, but I was told the car was awd its not its front wheel drive. We also was told no issues that it had heated seat and working A/C and Heat (not correct) neither of them work the seats turn on and after a minute turn off the air does as it pleases and will get hot then cold and hot again. We called them the same night of picking the car because not even 5 minutes down the road the engine hot A/C off appears on the screen I call and they do have someone look at it. We were told they replaced the coolant sensor. Well the car has the same issue. We have had to have a coolant flush, oil was gunked in the cap the mechanics showed us, had to have both motor mounts replaced, now it has to have cv axles and shocks. It also need a thermostat, and some rewiring under the hood. We thought we got a really great deal paying approximately 7k after taxes but already put a few grand just to get it where we can use it as our ever day car.

I don’t think I would ever do business with anyone from here. My only experience with these folks was from when they threw trash out their company car that almost caused me to wreck into another vehicle. Upset when met at the red light I asked if that was their trash in which the two gentlemen in the vehicle started to curse and said yes why does it matter. I asked if they were from here and the older man started stating yes they are and how if we were both men in the car they would’ve whooped our ssa. After posting about the experience on fb they proceeded to comment on my post with threats stating they should’ve thrown the trash in my face and what they really should’ve done that day. I’m not sure why they feel as if it’s ok for two grown men to talk about assaulting two females over throwing a bag of trash out on the freeway. 🤷🏽‍♀ if that’s how they handle stuff in the real world I most definitely wouldn’t trust doing business with people like this

Absolutely horrible, stay away. The pictures of the vehicle did not show what horrible condition the suburban was in. Once we got everything in order and drove 2.5 hours to get the vehicle, we left it right where it was at, sitting right next to all the other junky cars they have. But best believe the owners and their "kids" were driving top notch vehicles. Be honest with people and don't lie and waste people time to sell cars.

Shouldn’t have people in a green sonic with your dealership driving terribly flipping people off and throwing trash at other cars! I was behind the car they were doing this too yesterday and I will be sure no one goes to your dealership that is very very dangerous and unprofessional

The only reason they get one because i had to leave something. Brought a 2017 white Nissan Sentra. Still do not have the title. Bumber came off. Needs a new transmission and paint and body work. I paid 7200 with tax but have over 5000 worth of work that still needs to be done.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Lacks professionalism. Extremely dishonest. No sense of urgency. Sell cars that they do not have the legit paperwork to sell. Not trustworthy. I never leave reviews but I am beyond disgusted with this company. Do not purchase from them because you’ll be sadly disappointed!!!!!

I bought a car from this place in January 2023, that same month something was wrong with my car. I had it for a good 3 weeks before I had to put it in the shop. It’s going on 4 months that my car has been in the shop and the shop is still working on it, it has a lot of different complications. I spent a good penny to go back to not having a car and for garbage car.

TERRIBLE customer service. Unreliable, inconsistent, dishonest, and very unprofessional. I recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to NOT purchase from this car lot. They are not honest about anything and should not be allowed to sell cars.
