Clean clean and clean. Has a fireplace in sitting area which makes a comfort feel. Inside service is slower than outside. Drive thru service is very fast ...no matter how backed up they are... quick...that is why many come here ...for the fast efficient service. Orders have always been perfect in and out. Excellent quaility for price. Superb chili.

Pretty fast and wait times were decent and I love the food here I come through a few times a week for few months now and it Seems like the employees are doing a great job at this Wendy's running it everyone is friendly and I like good service 😊

The staff is very kind even when short staffed. I love eating here. I've seen a lot of flack in the reviews lately of some issues that were very petty. I can assure you that these issues will not impact your visit as they are always very friendly and polite everyday I visit and I visit regularly.

Say what you want about this Wendy's but the closing staff tonight made me the BEST food I've ever had🫡thank you for what you do bc yall are doing it RIGHT

Super fast service. Came here before the local parade. Tye place was packed. Staff handled the rush well and got our food to us rapidly. Love coming here.

We got the family sized chili. My husband loves their chili. By the way not every Wendy's have the family sized chili. It's $11.

Food was of good quality and was as I ordered. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. I was the seventh car in the drive through and sat there for 35 mins. This isn’t the first time this location has had a long wait. It’s not the norm here, but long waits aren’t out of the question. I try not to stop here because of it!

Very friendly staff. Food is always hot and fresh! Food is made after ordering which ensures it to be hot. Lobby is open during daytime hours so the wait time for food is pretty quick. Longer wait time in the evening due to lack of staff. It's best to place a mobile order if you would like less wait time after checking in at drive thru.

My first order I was not satisfied. I went back & asked for my food to be remade fresh; Autumn did exactly that I Thank you Autumn for quality food & service.

It is probably the best Wendy's around. The drive through is fast and the employees are polite. Tyler in the drive through has always been very polite. The food has always been fresh and has gotten to me in a reasonable amount of time. I've never had any issue with the restaurant's cleanliness. It overall a great fast food restaurant. Especially in the Amelia area.

Summer strawberry salad is the best food ever

The cashier inside was so friendly! Great customer service from him and another girl who suggested to mix strawberry in my chocolate frosty-so good btw!

Friendly staff albeit short. Foods always good and the fries aren't soggy by the time I get home. This location was one of my wife's top 5 picks while she was pregnant with twins.

Easily the best Wendy's I've been to with the exception of the Wendy's that no longer exists downtown on 4th Street. You guys are awesome, for real for real.

This Wendy's Amelia, Ohio location has been great since it opened. No other Fast Food Burger joint in our area can come close to the quality of their food and the taste is far superior than their competition. Whether you get the Wendy's single or the chicken sandwich it's always hot, fresh, & tasty.

So we all know when we order fast food we have to check our food before we leave right? This is the only fast food restaurant I don't have to check. My orders are always right and always hot. Staff is pretty much always nice and smiley. Definitely my favorite wendys.

I have to say service was exceptional. I have to give this Wendy's a five star rating just for the soul fact that there was one drive through worker with an amazing rear end. I mean I'd put that rear end on a lift and make sure the seals are still tight even though I just checked last week. But they forgot extra queso on my baked potato only downside

Healthier appearing food than most, friendly staff, efficient order taking and delivery, fair price to portion ratio, delicious food. I could live on Frostees (and the machine is never broken - LOL). I'm a former fast food junkie, age 74. Wendy's and one other more expensive place that does not serve beef....are the only ones I choose now. They just seem cleaner, nicer and have a healthier feel and appearance to their food, store and staff.
