McDonald's

Place would be alot better if they fixed the frappe machine. This is the third time I've went here and they don't have frappes, this time I put the order in on the app and it didn't say unavailable. The lady at the front counter asked me what my order was and told me the machine was down. So they refunded my card now I gotta wait 4 days for a refund. Its kinda ridiculous these apps aren't updated, my girlfriends app said unavailable after I put my order in. I don't get why these apps aren't updated together for each store.

Great service and great breakfast with hot cakes. That's all we get from here! The big breakfast with hotcakes is a great little fill me up for my hubby when we're so busy!

Food was hot. In and out quickly. Always friendly staff. Very well trained by management. No complaints at all by me.

Love me some McDonald's breakfast steak egg and cheese bagel is for me add in a hash brown and a large Coke breakfast of a king

Prices are ridiculous but that's Bidenomics at it's best. Food is always hot and fresh though and employees are great.

Eastgate McDonald's is really on the up again right now 👀it's been a long time since I've had fries this hot and fresh from this location. The service has always been amazing but I could even see the individual spots of condiments if you take the burger apart. Not messy when you unwrap it, you can tell everything was done with a purpose. That's the care you want to see in fast food. I'm lovin it.....no pun intended but it still worked

The drive through was very fast and the food was made fresh and hot, I had 5 cars in front of me and it took less than 5 minutes to get my order. I highly recommend this McDonald's if you're hungry and in a hurry, you won't be disappointed.

Got a mocha frappe, a big Mac, and an apple fritter...all of it was fresh and delicious, and whoever made the sandwiches tonight loaded them up correctly...

Fast, delicious food at fair, affordable prices can still be found within the "golden arches"!

I can't say I'm always happy when I leave here. But there Is specifically one young boy I'd like to point out who works usually in the mornings. He's always working so hard and he's super sweet. Today I came in and redeemed for a frappe and he told me they couldn't because the machine was broken and asked if I wanted anything else. I got a caramel iced coffee instead and I was perfectly happy with that. I know it's not his fault when things break. I work in the industry to. I wish I could've gotten his name but whoever you are. Thank you for your customer service skills everytime I come in.

We had a large order through the drive-thru. Service was quick, even though they were incredibly busy, and the entire order was accurate. Best fast food experience we’ve had in a very long time!

I just had the most amazing experience there. Long story short, My wife and I frequent this location a few times a week. We recently had a baby and haven't been sleeping, I just went through the line about 30 minutes ago and here is my story; I ordered about 15$ worth of breakfast food for my family and coming off of no sleep I had forgotten my wallet. I felt so horrible... The lady at the first window (Please forgive me, I don't know her name) who has dark hair and I have seen there probably over a dozen times, chose to give me a Promo and let me have my order at no cost... This act of kindness has made a huge impression on me and my wife and I want the management at that Mcdonalds to give her the entire world of compliments and compensation for this act. She had no idea how much better she made my day. Thank you so much for that small act. (Also wanted to mark it was around 10:15am on April 5th 2022 so that way the right person gets the credit.) Kindness is hard to come by anymore (especially in the food business) and I fully believe compassion should be rewarded.

I pulled in @ 5:30 am and Zack had informed me that McDonald's was closed due to his staff being late. I came back 45 minutes later and McDonald's was open so I went through the drive-thru and they were pounding cars through one after the other. I pulled up to the window and there was Zach. I said good morning, you got your people in I see. He said no, I only have one person up front and just a handful in the back and I said oh a skeleton crew huh? He just shook his head.
I wanted to say that Zack is getting it done with a limited amount of Associates in the building. I could have easily complained about them being closed during open hours but that was absolutely overshadowed by the way in which he got the building open and started getting cars through at an impressive Pace with a limited amount of employee's. I believe you have a special employee here that can rally the employees, get them to where they need to be and get them working. I absolutely have no complaints about my experience today, they got me through the line just as fast as they would have with a fully staffed building. Props to you Zack, you rock! And props to your skeleton crew as well!

I have to say this is the best McDonald's I've been to in a very long time!! The crew you had working on 11-4-2023 around 930 am was outstanding!

I go here alot, because it's cheap. Usually the staff is rude but the food is decent for the price. However I went today and there is a new girl working there. She was so nice and attentive. She fixed the price of my order super fast because I had a coupon and didn't act like it got on her nerves. I will be back tomorrow she was smoking hot.

I went through the drive-thru so you know what that's like. I think their employees should be friendly and concerned with the time it takes to get the order. Otherwise I love McDonald's hamburgers.

Let’s be honest, you don’t go there because it’s the best food…however my gold standard for cold blended coffee is their mocha frappe (no whip cream). The crew at this place didn’t have the dining room opened and let me walk inside as I couldn’t make it through the drive in with my boat. Thanks!!
