I had a fantastic experience at Mavis with Hector when I brought my car in for a flat tire repair. Hector was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my tire repaired in no time. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. The pricing was fair, and I was back on the road sooner than expected. I highly recommend Hector and the Mavis team for any tire-related repairs.

I came to Mavis in need of a new tire and I was incredibly pleased with the customer service and my overall experience. I wanted to specifically acknowledge Michael. He was very knowledgeable and made it such a quick and easy experience. Michael, who offered himself, came outside (in 90 degree weather) and grabbed the tire that needed to be replaced from my car as well carried the replacement tire back to my car. Amazing customer service!! It took no more than 20 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left with a brand new tire. I will be recommending this location to family and friends and will be a repeat customer for future needs!

Amazing service. Picked up a nail in my tire on the way to a weekend away. I called Mavis and within the hour was back on the road. They truly saved me. Hector and Megan and the rest of the amazing staff took care of everything. They’re amazing and I’ll definitely be back for other services.

The manager Megan was fantastic. Clean showroom, knowledgeable and competent staff. Went on a whim and they have both my business as well as my recommendation. Ask for Megan she’s the best.

Awesome customer service, Hector was great and offered me a discount. The mechanic was Zack and he made sure everything was safe to go on my car. It was very important for me since I had a very long drive back to Florida.
I was in a hurry and they were able to help me and do everything very fast and I could make it safe back on the road.

Great customer service. Rich and Megan were very helpful, they showed me exactly what my issue was and gave me different options to fix it. Went above and beyond to help me out the best they could. First time I’ve walked out of a mechanic feeling like they weren’t just trying to upcharge me the whole time.

Called and stopped in to get my flat tire patched. Was in and out relatively quick and they were able to repair my tire. Great customer service and work done here. Can't beat the price either.

Megan and team were amazing!! I called at 4:50pm on a Saturday and she waited for me to arrive to fix my tire. They were kind and worked immediately getting everything fixed and back on my car in less than 30 minutes. I can’t thank Megan enough for her kindness.

I’ve been to Mavis not once but twice plus I also recommended it to my daughter. They have helped me so very much. Great customer service, great pricing. On my way home from an overnight shift my tire started losing air, swung in on a chance they could squeeze me in as they hadn't even opened yet. Nice guy outside said "give me a minute and we will open up and I'll get it in and have a look". They pulled it right in and found it was a leaking valve stem and fixed it up!. Great service and a good price!

This place is amazing. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars! I will return. Highly recommended

Mavis in Plaistow NH is the best place that I have ever taken my Ford cmax. The staff is very polite and professional. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants great work and awesome staff to fix your vehicle.

I cannot express enough how amazing these folks are. I brought my car in for one thing and they discovered a very unsafe situation underneath. They helped me figure out what needed to get done asap, helped me with a payment plan, and stayed late to complete the work.

That is the fastest most efficient place that's ever done my tires I think I was out of there in 40 minutes or even less. Put on two tires for me super nice told him I was in a little bit of a hurry and accommodated. Fast excellent service highly recommend

I was greeted with a flat tire in our Kia Sorrento on Sunday morning. I called around looking for a place that might be able to address it. Most businesses were closed. I was surprised to find that Mavis tire and brakes were open on a Sunday in July. I was even further surprised to find that they could accommodate me for a flat tire repair on the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted professionally and in a friendly manner by Rich, who took the car in and offered me an air conditioned waiting room or the option of comfortable chairs outside to enjoy the wait while they evaluated my tire. I was introduced to the technician Meghan, who was very experienced and was quickly able to identify the best method of repair. I was kept up-to-date on the status of the repair, and very quickly had the vehicle back on the road. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism, speed of service and quality of repair. They will be my go to for my tire needs in the future. Great job!

Very friendly staff. Easy to deal with, very professional. Appointment was easy to set up and great availability. Needed all 4 tires and an alignment done, work was done with no issues. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a small leak in my passenger side tire. The workers were very nice and helped me so much, From realizing my tires were at 50 PSI (I didn’t know they were that high lol). I would definitely recommend coming here.

I had my tires checked and new windshield wipers and the service was professional, quick and through. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and had my car taken care of in record time!

Been coming here for service on my cars for a bit now. This is the closest shop to my house and I have nothing but good words for this place.

I brought my Acura ILX in for service earlier this year after a really high quote from Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence. Commonwealth had quoted me OVER $2k for a job on my brakes and also threatened to fail my state inspection because of them; I brought the car straight here to Mavis and they quoted me only around $1000 less, and did other things for me as well, like changing my battery and my front headlight!

Brought my Honda Pilot in today after getting another high quote from Commonwealth for the brakes. Got the service done here again for significantly less than quoted at the dealer, with Rich clearly outlining the problem with my car and helping me out as always.

This is literally the best shop in the area for general service on your vehicle. Excellent customer service and professional work too. Thank you again, MT&B Plaistow🫡
