The customer Tim S. Is not telling the truth. I was in the lobby. The boxes he got were way too big to fit in a mailbox. And the employee told him that due to the fact he lives down a narrow gravel road with a blind curb and that the employee herself and several other have almost been hit head on by someone driving fast. They won’t deliver stuff to the house. The guy called the employee lazy and a liar. He was very rude and was talking over the employee to where she had to ask him to leave. I felt sorry for the employee. They shouldn’t have to put up with such rude people.

I love this post office! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a question, they're very polite and make sure I get all the information I need. I do wish the parking lot was bigger.

This post office and all the employees who work here has endured more than three years of me having packages shipped "general delivery" due to a death in the family and subsequent probate. They've been nothing but wonderful throughout.

Additionally, when a postal employee in Pennsylvania mis-typed a zip code and routed a package to me in City of Industry, CA, this Warrenton post office got the package re-routed to Warrenton and then (because I had already returned to PA) back to me in Pennsylvania.

I cannot say enough good things about them.

Wonderful little office! Clerks are always cheery and Cindy the post master is amazing!

They need a new building with a nice sized parking lot.

They are constantly delivering packages to the wrong address. When you go here for assistance the one employee is unfriendly, unhelpful and acts as if it's your fault when this happens. During my most recent issue with them she claimed I'd requested forwarding service on a package that was marked as delivered in their own app. I showed her on the app that it was marked as delivered and she became upset. She offered no solutions or assistance and seemed annoyed to be doing her job.

Package tracking was listed as undeliverable. Got to office and got the package before they sent it back. They had stated the tracking showed no house number but it was clearly on the label on the box that no one took the time to look at. Just glad I got it before they sent it back as it would have cost me about $100-200 in shipping cost.

Bad place, bad hiring, and mail theft.. what a post office this place is, tis a JOKE. For the last year they have kept our mail, send important paperwork back or they give it to there friends to look through.
We have a neighbor who so calls work with the post office and has been letting them take our mail.. mail theft is a big big problem with this post office.
I'm irritated that because we now have to investigate our own mail being stolen and warrentons finest LOL will not do a thing about it.
We lost our insurance cards, lost a driver license because of here and now post office or the neighbor has now stolen a DMV disabled parking permit.

UPDATE:
HERE WE GO AGAIN! They are now claiming that my house is more than a 1/2 from the mailbox. THEY WROTE IN PAINT ON MY MAIL BOX THAT WE ARE TOO FAR OUT. I walk it everyday. Today I took a GPS and it was .3 miles. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO 1/2 mile. I asked the delivery driver what was up and he said that he checked is speedometer and saw that it was .6 miles to my house. AGAIN - NOT EVEN CLOSE! Not sure what they are doing but this is the 3rd excuse they have used to not do their jobs and to not deliver to this area. TERRIBLE POST MASTER AND MISSERABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This is the second time in recent months that they have failed to deliver my packages. First time - they said the packages were too big. Turned out to be two small lightweight boxes that I had to travel to the post office to get. When I asked them to explain, they simply apologized and made up excuses for the driver. Both packages together were maybe 15 pounds - maybe. Next time, after delivering packages to this location for years, they decided that there was no safe location to put my box. PUT IT WHERE YOU ALWAYS DO - AT THE GATE - just like everyone else has for years. No idea what they are doing there.

Mail and packages constantly being delivered to wrong locations. Parcel locker keys put into other mailboxes. Will leave packages under or at the bottom of stairs and have it marked as delivered to door. Blind and lazy.

This is becoming a joke... 3 out of my last 5 deliveries say they were delivered to my front door or ɓackdoor and were never there... I'm sure at this point the packages aren't even going out. They just say they were delivered then deliver them whenever it's convenient. A nice way to pretend the packages ate arriving by their delivery date. It's says you left it at like 9am also, you guys are never at my house at 9am lol. Hey as long as it shows up in the system as delivered and your metrics get met, screw the customer, right?

It seems the mail carriers are unable to read house numbers
They seem to just drop packages off where ever!!! We have the house number at the start driveway and on our house ! How can they deliver to other address?? I was to have a package delivered to my porch on Jan. 25th, my address did NOT receive this particular package.
Come ON your the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE CARRIERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO READ ADDRESSES. It is just frustrating we also receive other neighbors packages as well. My address is 33308 Perkins Lane Warrenton OR. 97146
Please Please deliver my packages to my address 100% of the time .
