Marathon Gas

The young lady that checked us out was wonderful! It's so awesome that the company allows people to be them selves by allowing different types of piercings. When my wife (who also has almost all the same types of piercings) mentioned that to the young lady, the other worker, old "no piercing Patty" yelled from across the store "it used to not be like that and I don't think it's right, shouldn't have any piercings in your face" well it's a good thing it isn't up to you no piercing Patty.

i wanted to pay cash. they took a look at my honest face and let me. the men's bathroom was clean . the price seemed high at $4.09 i usually pay $3.55 . thats down state though in the cities of oakland county.

One of the cleanest gas stations I have been in. Great customer service. Great selection.

Employees were very rude especially the one with blue hair just plowing into people. Cashier didn't even speak. I'd rather hitchhike than go here again.

Worst gas station experience I’ve ever had. Old lady at the counter was in awful mood making very rude remarks to the customers. Kicked out a family trying buy their drinks because they were on the phone walking through the store. Manager/owner should be ashamed to have such terrible employees behind the kiosk. I’ve been coming up to Indian river my whole life and will now be spending my money across the street at the Shell.

Got screamed at and told I didn’t know what I was talking about because I was young. All because they charged my card the wrong amount. They even kicked me out of the gas station because I told them to pay my money back.

Stopped for fuel - card wouldn't work at the pump so went inside. Card worked just fine inside but the attendant had to offer up her opinion that it was our card. Loudly. A bit of customer service training would be helpful.

Clearly posted on the website and the building the gas station closed at 11pm, unfortunately running on fumes we stopped at 10:20 arriving to a closed gas station, we knocked, asked for directions to a open station near by. The cashier yelled “i closed the till i am not opening it back up” asking again we were given useless information that would have lead us to running out of gas. Down side for the business there were about 20 vehicles that came through for gas in the remaining 40 mins of “open business hours”.... highly unimpressed.....

Fuel light wasn’t on yet but some how pumped 35.379 gallons in 34 gallon tank. This gas station is stealing! I should have called the cops. It also took 3 transactions to fill up because their pumps stop at $100. Fill up in gaylord or after the bridge.

Stopped sunday afternoon to get some gas which was very high priced. 30 miles down the road was .38 cents per gallon cheaper. We just got enough to get there. Mens bathroom was very disgusting and my brother wanted to get his cup filled with ice and they wanted to charge for it. This will be the last time we go to this station

The lady at the gas station should be fired i had my id and she wouldnt sell me cigarette's because my daughter was with me and the manager wouldnt either cause the lady thought i asked my daughter if she wanted cigarettes and i was asking she wanted a pop or anything so they were basically calling me a lier

Will sell you defective items then refuse to refund your money. Horribly rude and unprofessional customer service. Go across the street.
