The food is good here but the staff is amazing. They are so kind, helpful, and friendly. They were fantastic to every single customer. The playplace is also a good place to let the kids climb for 20 min or so.

The lady’s at this location were amazing ! I work with disabled adults and they were sweet enough to give discounts to keep them in their budget . Amazing service !!!!

Very nice and clean place workers were very respectful and went above and beyond to make sure that they got our orders just right it was so nice to see someone who cares about their customers order so much. We are doing low carb and they even make sure they put extra stuff on our no bun burgers

As always they are very kind I love how the workers listen to your requests on what you’d like and not like in you food. They are always very calm and patient when people make complicated requests and always have a good mood especially in the mornings this is probably the best service you can get in Texarkana!

I was not expecting to have as good as an experience with burger king as I did when I went last. This location has outstanding service and is doing fantastic. I believe the whole team there needs to be paid more for the service they are providing. Friendly smiles and got the order right 100%. All with short staff and it being a little later around 7PM.

If you live in Texarkana or are just passing through on I-30, this Burger King is always a great and easily accessible stop. Access from I-30 and State Line Ave/US-71 is quick and easy and the restaurant is easily visible from State Line Ave. So if you're traveling for work or recreation and need a quick place to stop and eat, then Burger King at State Line Ave/I-30/W 52nd St is a good choice.

Everytime and I do mean everytime I come here, the staff are so friendly, energetic and provide great customer service. My food is always fresh and always hot. My wife and I really enjoyed our visit to Burger King, the food was the usual but Tamika the manager was outstanding! She was very professional and on her job the entire time we were there, taking care of business. We will visit this Burger King again just to enjoy the professionalism that was shown.

The Manager was dealing with an irate customer like a pro. She comped our meal due to the lengthy cuss words, the customer was throwing out and apologized profusely for something that she did no wrong in. The food was above average when it comes to burger king standards. Hot and made perfectly.
It does look like alot of new employees, but the customer service is second to none.
