My sons girlfriend came to stay the weekend with us. She lives over 2 hours from us one way. We was to meet in Columbus half way point and the staff came up with some excuse of being in a accident and afraid to drive that far so we ended up driving further and picking her up at her day program. Come the day for her to go back the staff wasn't able to pick her up because they was still at church and the one that was coming to get her said she will be there as soon as they could. I let them know it needed to be ASAP as I have other obligations that I needed to do. They wanted me to leave her at a gas station out in the middle of no where until they got there to get her saying she has alone time. It's clear Rescare doesn't care about the safety of their clients and Alex needs to be reprimanded. If I could give zero stars I would. Now Alex isn't coming to pick her up it's a male and they are 1hr and 15 mins passed schedule pick up time. Would of been real good leaving her alone all that time huh?

ResCare in Bridgeport, WV is full of staff that harass new employees and people who will neglect your family. I don’t suggest putting family in their homes or ever working for this company.

My son's DSP hasn't been paid, if they missed a paycheck they would be upset as well. Alot of mis communication, and avoidance.
