CVS Pharmacy

The people here are very nice and helpful. The process was so quick and easy until I wondered if I had forgotten something. When I went to pick up the prescriptions, everything was in order. Nice!

No I do not take recreational drugs but I could’ve fooled myself into thinking I was high after the care and concern these pharmacist brought to the dinner table! You gone and just called me up as a courtesy to check in on me as a new customer? If the world were run by people with the pleasantries of these employees we’d all be eating a plentiful dinner of Patti LaBelle’s macaroni and cheese topped with legendary laughs filled with peace and happiness!

Love this pharmacy. Shannon and Gary are the best. Plus all the girls. They all look out for you and your meds. Highly recommend this pharmacy and the pharmacist's. I will not go anywhere else.

I went to the Pharmacy area
Looking for Hydrogen Peroxide : But the shelf was
completely empty! The only
Hydrogen Peroxide that they had was the patches in a glass bottle.

Very Disappointed ! I have been with CVS for a very long time. However the rudeness of the female Pharmacist here is terrible and that has caused me to move my business to a different Pharmacy now. I have been going here for almost a year and every time I get her she is rude and very short with her answers and replies to questions. She has never once taken the time to slightly get to know me as a patient/customer and person.

Today she treated me even worse. Dropping my money in my hand like I was a kid and speaking to me like I was stupid. I may look younger then I am, but I am a very educated women. In fact I an executive recruiter and I am a Nana of 3 that recently lost her husband. Even more recently I had the flu and pneumonia and it took all I had to come in for the meds that will help me sleep tonight. I am truly a person that gives everyone the benefit of the doubt. However you have never once given me good much less great Customer service of any kind. I hate to see how you really treat young people coming with questions if you so easily dismiss me as if I don't matter.

I beg you to try and be human and connect with the people coming in. Other then their Dr. You are the only person they have to trust in helping them when sick or dealing with a new diagnoses. And they are having to do it at a time that is very difficult for them, so having someone that cares really does matter. If you wish to be in a job that is customer facing. Then give everyone the Customer service they deserve and again just be human and stop and think for one second what that person might be going through today. Because it does matter and it does make a difference !

Store Manager Duane is not very customer service oriented, I can’t imagine he is setting a good example for his team. I asked him if he carried an item and he told me I have no idea feel free to look. Pretty amazing the lack of care and effort. I already did look, maybe that is why I’m asking the guy who runs the store and has “no idea”. Maybe time for a different manager, Duane isn’t getting by it done.
