Every time Jeff is working our food is amazing, the pizza is perfect!

They were very very on a Friday evening, but they got our order ready to go in a very timely manner.

This store doesn't skimp on ingredients. The pizza was great!

The 156th & Maple location is the best in Omaha. My pizza is always perfect. They don't skimp on sauce or cheese, it's fully baked, and is timely. Also, the customer service I receive at this location is top notch.

I ordered through the mobile app for pick up. I should have gone through the drive through window but instead went inside. The worker helped me carry my fairly large order to my car. They offered plates, napkins and all the other extras. All the food was hot and delicious. My family kept saying how much it hit the spot. Food and service was great.

Staff is professional and has good customer service. I was very impressed with this location. I ordered around 5pm on a Thursday night and they had both my pizzas ready in only 15 minutes. I know I can't expect that every time, but every once in a while even is amazing.

I very much enjoyed the location - the staff, especially, are exceptional, as well is the customer service. The prices are a bit much, and as such, I usually dine here when there are sales going on.

That being said, once I ordered a pizza and my order was wrong. Although I had to drive back to get the pizza that I requested, the staff was incredibly apologetic. They offered to give me an additional pizza for my trouble, and I obliged. The location itself appears clean enough, and my order never takes too long to receive. I can't speak for the delivery service.

We were hoping to find a place to sit down and have some pizza before going to a nearby movie theatre, but this was the only Pizza Hut in the area. They have only one tiny table in the lobby because they're a delivery and carryout location, not a dine-in restaurant. When the newer manager, Mike, discovered our plight, he was kind enough to set the table, wait on us, and serve our pizza right there at the little table. It was fantastic, and we all really appreciated the individual attention. The pizza was made quickly, & to our order. Five stars for awesome customer service.

The Pizza was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Our order was right the first time which was very nice. Wish you guys would bring back the BBQ beef pizza though! 😉

Manager during the weekday shifts is always working hard. Very polite and professional. Deserves a raise.

Timely completion & a 100% correct order is tough to find in this industry---- my kids have been asking if we can order again at our next movie night!

On a busy day they ran late on delivery. They made it up to me with a free pizza. Always good.
